"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons Atlanta. The service, from valet and check in to pool side service and Bar Margot staff were incredible! I felt welcomed and accommodated. My only isssue was that my bathroom floors were very sticky and my “city view” was of a view of an abandoned grass property filled rubble. Aside from that, excellent stay for a nice staycation. "Everything was great except for the parking! We couldn’t get parking next to the Kasa for any of the days of our stay, so we had to park a 10-15 minute walk away and pay for expensive parking. "

The PH apartments have great layouts, and I really liked the size. The only thing I would give a four is cleanliness. Most of the apartments were spotless, but the first-floor bathroom was the exception. Also, while there's parking (paid), getting to it is not the best. "It was big, spacious, modern. Good value. There were issues with simple stuff though, that there really shouldn’t have been. There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands. I didn’t know I had to bring my own soup??? I could have, or just brought the soap the other hotels provided to this...
