If toy want to self park you cant use the hotel parking spots, you have to use or arias or bellagio parking.

The staff was extremely helpful, and nice! Could not have been happier with how we were treated. Unfortunately, the room was beyond filthy. Mold growing in the shower (my wife had to wear shower shoes), dust caked on the vent, the pipe coming out from the wall to the shower head was loose, urine was caked on the toilet, and everything was just overall dirty. One of the exit signs was falling off the wall in the hallway, and the overall property just looked run down. If you’re on the fence, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Property is all suites so we were amazed with our room! We'll be better prepared with Laundry Detergent and Dryer Sheets as none were provided. Loved our stay and will be back.

Had to switch rooms due to huge stain on carpet and smaller stains on both the pillows and sheets. 2nd room was clean. Staff very friendly and happy to accommodate.

Dude, they just canceled my fully paid reservation and said It was no show up. I booked an extra day so I could check in early and not have to wait until 3 pm with a baby and a 4-year-old. But when I got there around noon, they told me I had to wait until 3 pm because they had canceled my booking and given my room to someone else. They said they'd refund me for the day, but that never happened. After we finally got to our room, it reeked of marijuana. We complained, and they brought in a machine to circulate the air. But that made it worse and gave us all headaches, especially my little one. We couldn't even go out the next day. Then, when I asked for an extra blanket after an hour, they said they didn't have any because the hotel was overbooked. The room didn't even have a coffee maker, just a kitchen. Overall, it was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. Definitely below average.

Vdara was connected to Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. It was very convenient to walk inside and outside. A few minutes walk to the strip. The hotel is smoke free and no casino, so it’s a lot quieter. Great for calming down at the end of the evening. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Starbucks is in the lobby.

The room was not that clean, there was mold in the bathroom. The convenient shop was very pricey. Monique who was working at the desk was not very welcoming upon my arrival. This was my first time visiting Las Vegas and experience was not great, I could've chosen a different hotel but chose VDara and was not pleased with the service or room.

I like that Vdara does not have a casino and is, to my understanding, a non-smoking facility. I also love the rooms and the atmosphere of the hotel -- plus, it's a bit apart from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to walk there in minutes.

Great place to stay if you aren’t gambling but there is a casino next door. Close to everything. Easy to get a taxi there and the aria has the best dinning options which is next door.

This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at on the strip. You walk in to your room, and nightstands aren’t even wiped, filthy with dust. Dust quite literally everywhere on every counter, tv. The tub had stains and wasn’t clean to even use. The tablet in the room was dead and not functioning. I tried to contact front desk 30 min wait, tried to contact room service I had to call 3-4 times and wait 30 mins each time to get a hold of them. Ordered food, the pasta came with lid loose and spilled everywhere, stale and cold food was delivered. I asked front desk if I could checked out within 30 mins of checking in because of the dissatisfaction and if they could honor a refund. No luck, I had to sleep in a dust infested poorly cleaned hotel room. The walls are paper thin btw so you hear everything. There’s also an annoying beeping sound that plays every 2 mins throughout the night not sure if it’s the furnace or the mini fridge. Also the way the bedding is done the sheets don’t cover the duvet properly and I doubt they wash their duvets after every guest. Be warned it’s not clean and hygienic place and on top of that the customer service is non existent. Your lucky if you can get a hold of them. I guess I should have seen the red flag when I was checking in and a few other customers were complaining. For the price you’re paying, stay somewhere else

The property is not bad just didn’t feel like vegas when you came to the lobby. No casino and the pool is small! The staff shared misinformation about their pool being closed on the weekdays when it was opened. I was disappointed for staying their my first time at this hotel.
