We always stay at the Orleans because it has a reasonable price and lots of parking. The pool is decent. It is also off the strip. Otherwise it is aging and the dining is limited. The area is a little scrappy.

Decent area and clean Casino. Room was mostly clean. There were dirty hand prints on the mirrors and no coffee machine or refrigerator in the room. Bed was comfy. The food options are amazing! And a really fun kids area & teatre on the top floor of the main casino area. Fun! Would stay again!

Before Covid I use to practly live here for work, many things have changed, since then, but the pool still closes at 6 and there are waves in the pool from wind. There is plenty of entertainment and food options to choose from. BUT THE POOL AND FITNESS CLOSES AT 6pm.

I was disappointed the front desk asked us to pay $25 for early check in when we checked in only 35 mins early. The carpets are so dusty our shoes got so dirty everyday. I don’t know if those carpets are ever vacuumed.

I like the location of this facility. The parking lot being free and easy to access from two different streets. I like being that distance away from the strip. Getting to and from the strip is fairly easy and it’s nice to be away from the major crowd at the strip. I really like the rooms in this hotel they’re very comfortable And always very clean

i was there for the Rockabilly weekend. Been here last 9 years straight. The event was awesome as always, however the venue itself left alot to be desired. If you charge high room fees and then add a $46/night resort fee then people are going to have certain expectations. How can simple amenities such as mini fridges and coffee machines not be present in every room? Also this was the first time it didnt seem like the Viva crowd was welcome. Barely any Viva drink promotions like past years. Cafe used to be open all night, and usually had a small late night Viva menu etc. If you are going to ban people from bringing in there own ice into a car show with a expected temperature of 90 degrees, how do you run out of ice by 10 am? How does a bar run out off beer? It just seemed that who ever the venue event coordinator is either has no clue as to what they are doing, or simply couldnt care less about the effect of so many small issues can have a dramatic impact on customer satisfaction.

The amenities were great. Food options were excellent. The check-in was horrible. They couldn’t find my reservation even with my confirmation number. They actually gave my room to my sister. I ended up staying in a room under my sister’s married name.

I would deff stay here again. I loved this hotel and the pool, and the way the staff was so friendly. Everything was so close by but did have to drive a little but not much. It was a great experience

The staff was very friendly, the food in the restaurants were amazing, my only complaint was housekeeping. I had asked a couple times in the five days. I was there for them to clean my room one day they never did one day they came after asking three times at 7 PM, and one time when I did not ask, they just walked in without knocking into my room. So as far as housekeeping goes and communication with the front desk and whoever runs, the housekeeping, staff was very poor. It was a very nice experience, except for that.

In general, the situation is satisfactory. However, my personal preference is not aligned with it due to the prevalent heavy smoking at the casino. It would be highly beneficial for them to consider implementing an air filtration system or a similar solution to address this issue.

I really like how clean and quiet this hotel is. I wish they had beds with softer mattresses and more TV channels to pick from.
