Quick checkin and staff is friendly. Only bad thing is the washbasin was clogged, we call housekeeping they sent engineering come right away fixed the problem, unfortunately it make a little mess . But he cleaned up after all. Other than this , hotel is good to stay if you had your own car driving around .
They have a new system in place the workers should have more patience not with attitude especially with the older customers who are not knowledgeable in computes
I honestly do not have any complaints the staff was very helpful and nice and also all of the options included were so awesome! So much to do! Only one thing I was sad about was how early the pool closed. 😔 Other than that I would recommend it to everyone and would absolutely stay again!
Needs a remodel or a new face lift. It looks dirty. They took out all the coffee makers and fridges in the rooms. Staff is helpful but the environment seemed unsafe.

Didn’t like that patrons are permitted to smoke indoors. Not good if you are allergic to smoke. It seems all Casinos allow this. Upon arrival our rooms were not available as booked. We were very unhappy about that. Misleading. We were not compensated for that.

Promised view wasn't there (trash parking instead strip view) , limited wifi, room service didn’t answer, didn’t allow starbucks to come up to the room, socket next to bed didn’t work

My husband and I checked in and the property looked interesting. After a five hour drive, we were looking forward to sitting down at the bar and having a few "refreshments". We both sat down at the practically empty Alligator bar. There were two bartenders that I seen. I waited and waited. The bartender walked past us at least three times without even acknowledging us. We finally got up and walked over to the Mardi Gras bar where we were promptly served. I did notice for the rest of our 4 day stay, the Alligator Bar did not seem to have anyone at it. As a former cocktail waitress and bartender, everyone should know by now that good service earns good tips!!

The room was not in tip top shape. It had its minor cosmetic issues and could use an upgrade but for the price it was good. The outside of the property could use some pain but for being outside of the strip it was close to lots of restraints. The property had everything you would need.

It’s an older property, but in pretty good condition. Didn’t have coffee or refrigerator in the room. My friends had seen “Jersey Boys” there, said it was the best performance out of three they had seen over the years. Casino was impressive. Good assortment of eateries. They have plenty of free parking available.

Staff manager was incredibly rude at check in and we found some unexpected charges due. Room was very clean and the property was well maintained. Bed was very comfortable.
Be aware of the location that is not very close to the strip and the property does not provide shuttle service anymore!

Our room was very dirty. The sink was full of cigarette Ashes and what looked like a bloody booger. There was glitter and hair all over the bed. Sprite and the staff took more than twenty four hours to remove dirty dishes from the outside of our room.
