The room was magnificent! Clean and organized, and the bed was very comfortable! However, what bothered me was the fact that people were allowed to smoke cigarettes in the lobby area inside the hotel. The smell was unpleasant and made me very uncomfortable.

If you're looking for a battery-friendly place to stay when the staff is very responsive and nice do not look at this property. The Wi-Fi doesn't work there's so much stuff wrong but this hotel and the staff are just completely rude

This was the WORST experience ever! I’ve stayed here every time each year and this one was my last! The store I purchased was as not ready until well after 4pm and that’s with me agreeing to a smoking room even though I don’t smoke, bc I’ve done that before and it’s been fine. It was SO bad that it made me PHYSICALLY SICK bad. When I called about it they said they could send someone to deodorize but they were booked full and then she got an attitude about it. They came and sprayed, which helped slightly. The next day housekeeping came in and the smells came back really bad. I’m thinking it’s something embedded in the carpets. They came to spray again but even the housekeeper said’ yeah this isn’t even really doing anything, this is really bad’ and she recommended that we at least ask for some type of compensation. When I went to check out, there was a huge roach across my bag and at the front desk the lady said all she can do is refund ONE resort fee, even after speaking to the manager she said that’s all they could do. Everyone was so rude and I even went done personally to tell them the room is literally making me Physically sick!! Just awful service/hospitality all around! 12 years and this one did it for me. I’ll be taking my suite money and all elsewhere next time!

After checkin, I got to my very dirty, beat up, and outdated room. I felt like I was at a Motel 6. I went into the bathroom to find there was no running water. Went to the lobby and they said that floor just ran into an issue so I got another room on a different floor. This room was in better shape but the carpet was dirty and the sheets were pretty worn. Checked the bathroom to find there was no running water. Went to the lobby and asked for a room that had running water. The manager came out and said the entire hotel has no running water at the moment and should be no more than an hr. He handed me 4 small bottles of water annd said they’d waive the resort fee. At least that was a nice gesture! Another guest at the next kiosk looked over at me and said he’s been hearing this story for many hours already. I went to my room and finally at 3am the water was turned back on. The rest of my stay was ok and no further issues. Just be prepared for getting some really old and rough rooms.

We booked a King bed room in the newly renovated tower. Despite that, we’re given a double queen. So annoying and would have picked a different hotel if it was not a king bed!! Want a refund.

We enjoyed staying there but the wifi didn’t work for our entire trip which is stressful considering we were international tourists. Our only other complaint is that the showers water pressure was weirdly low as well. Otherwise, the hotel was still nice & great to stay at. The STRAT Café was amazing & the check out process was the easiest that I ever experienced. This hotel is on the outskirts of the strip but going to see the STRAT Observation Deck is definitely worth it.

The hotel has excellent restaurants, is very clean, and has easy check-in and check-out service. The only issue I encountered was the delay in alcoholic beverages when gambling.

I’ve stayed at the strat ten times now and always have a great time! Super clean, convenient, comfortable and a peaceful oasis away from the rest of the strip. We did struggle with the wifi in our room which didn’t ever really work properly and was a bit of an issue as we couldn’t use our data. In addition, the water pressure in the shower is quite poor. It is a bit of a shame to see that the hotel does less for its guests than it used to - there’s no more free access to the top of the tower or drinks vouchers etc, and so it does feel like you’re not getting as good as an experience as before. That being said, we still loved our stay.

Super basic hotel even with the renovations. Thin walls, inconvenient sink placement, spare beddings, tiny window, on the farthest end of the strip, and limited dining options. If it's super cheap, I guess that could make up for some of the pain

Room was dusty and needed updating - don’t stare too long at any of the fabric! Overpriced for what it was - not worth paying the discounted rate to go to the tower, was still $30 to not do much of anything. Check-in staff was great and good food options and variety. Not that close to the rest of the strip - still have to take a 10 minute car or 30 minute walk to get to the middle of the strip.

After some questionable reviews we decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did! It’s clean, the staff is exceptional, the area is walking distance to almost everything. I can’t say enough good things! There are a few homeless people in the area and that may deter some people but they never bothered us and weren’t any type of threatening. It is a great hotel and casino and the price makes it much better.

Hotel is old. You can only clean something so much. It's located by a busy intersection. Only a few high end places to eat. Got hassled by homeless right outside the door. Also it was the most expensive Lyft I've ever seen. ($65 to the airport)

We thought we were getting the new remodeled rooms, we ended up in a very dated room. When I spoke to the front desk they stated the third party site advertised and charged us for the better room but that’s not what we got, hard to turn on shower, sink clogged and bathroom very small no shower door.
