We love taking care of our guests and doing everything we can to make their stay the best it can be.

Everything this property advertises it gives. We have a nice pool here and because we are attached to the Cosmopolitan you have access to their pools as well at no cost. Which in my book having different pools to choose from is better then having no options. At times maintenance needs to be done and there was a period of time the elevators were being serviced limiting guests to only one. This was a temporary issue and we apologize this was an inconvenience for you. We are located right on the strip in the middle of everything. You walk out the front door and everything is right there in front of you. We have a full service concierge in our lobby specifically there for guests looking for specific shows, restaurants and where things are located and what is recommended. This is a free service for all guests who choose to take advantage of this great service instead of trying to figure out everything on their own. Plus we have an on-site guest experience manager there to assist any guest who contacts us. We want every guest to have the best experience they can when they stay with us. Its unfortuniate when we dont know there is a problem to fix until after the fact.
