A theft occurred in my room, resulting in the loss of valuables worth approximately $800. After reporting the incident, I received no meaningful updates from security. They refused to provide information about the investigation and expected me to keep following up with them instead. I was not even given a copy of the incident report.
The lack of communication, accountability, and concern shown by the hotel was extremely disappointing. Losing valuable belongings is stressful enough, but the way this situation was handled made it even more frustrating. I expected far better service and support from the hotel staff."
