Everything was great except for there was only one working elevator. And then the Hooters restaurant was terrible service. We stood there for 20 minutes, waiting to get a table and everyone ignored us.
OYO gave my room away after speaking with them multiple times traveling from Houston I was stranded outside in Vegas at midnight by myself. They said we over sold by 8. So messed up.
Requested to have our room cleaned, beds changed and two bath towels nothing done. Had to walk down and get new towels on day 3. Not sure but there was a mattress changed out that appeared to have bed bugs next to the linen/service elevator. My son was covered in a huge raised rash two days later. Definitely won’t stay here again.

The first room i was given was dirty the bathroom had grid on the floor the bathtub was dirty and the toilet paper holder was sitting on the counter.

We want to personally apologize that the hotel was not as clean as our standards demand. A clean room that has been prepared for our guests is basic for a good stay. I am sorry if this was not your experience. You can be confident that we will follow-up on your concerns so that others are not disappointed as you were.
This hotel ruined my entire trip. I had 2 rooms that were suppose to be connected. I settled for rooms just next door just for one of the rooms to be moved due to the tub not draining. Some of the staff was really good and worked with me but it didn’t make up for the bad experience. Upon arrival, the room was dirty. I didn’t even have the energy to report it because I already had so much to report. There was people screaming at 3am down the halls. I also was followed all the way up to my room. Luckily, one of the security men noticed and intervened. There is absolutely no way I would EVER stay here again. Oh and before I end this review, I got stuck on the elevator twice! So yeah…. Never again. -100/10 would NOT recommend.

Used to love this place affordable and nice and Free parking but within a year since I have last been here this establishment has gone done horribly. Regrettably I will not stay here again. Needs major emprovement in cleaning had to ask for a different room bc the one we were in looked like it has not been cleaned in months. The elevators only had 1 for parking and rooms. The major down fall is parking and there was plenty of cars with no parking cards. Also the website says 15 and they were trying to charge 18. Overall for the prices being charged here I rather pay a little more for way better quality.

I liked it in general but it’s obvious that the hotel is old. The room I stayed looked outdated. The tub and the shower need an update. The staff service went above and beyond for sure. I forgot his name but he got dreads and I was getting anxious when I was checking in because of the unexpected amount of 300 for security deposit. High end hotels like mandalay bay asked for 200 dollars only. Anyway, this guy kept reassuring me that it’s ok to take my time. So I did. Kudos to this guy!

Not enough outlets in room to charge phone had to disconnect the lamps to charge phone. The water pressure in shower not food at all also the balcony door didn’t open as well as no mini fridge

The front desk people were rude and has nasty attitudes. You can't resolve anything with them. They're customer is piss poor you either be forced to pay for "detector going off or be escorted off the premises.
Hooters staff SUCK! They don't even acknowledge you. Instead off addressing the customer and let them know they're short staff. They let the line get super long and people got frustrated before saying they were short staffed.
Omg then the elevators didnt work.
This was one hell of a stay on top of my concert being canceled this hotel left a bad taste in my mouth 0/10 do not recommend

When I got there the room the I reserved with a king size bed was not available had to pay 25$ more each night to have a premium room. One elevator working for the whole tower you can imagine that always full. I chose the hotel for the gym and that gym was not available the whole 10 days that I had paid. I got charged 400 bucks in a smoking room that the sensor said I smoked and I wasn’t in the room at that time and cámaras are available but they decided to not check. Terrible hotel cleaness while you walk in the hall people have to put their trash bags outside because no one goes to clean. Won’t ever stay in A Expedia hotel or in a oyó hotel again. Only good thing was the location and the bar service.

Elevator was broken, lamp in the room doesn't work, phone doesn't work. Went down to the lobby to report the issue, but no one did anything to fix those issues.

the AC do a lot it noise , found a roach , the room carpet look dirty, and we need ask for clean the room if don t doing they don t clean, the check in staff are very frendly ,
the elevators , are 3 but only 1 is working , we need use the room service elevator,

Just an ok hotel. The only bad experience was the check in lady who was not helpful or nice.
Other than that, the employees were helpful and smiling. The hotel is a little dated but still clean and functional. You get what you pay for.

The room was very dirty. All surfaces are dusty. The carpet was filthy. The elevators are always broken. We had to take the stairs to and from the 14th floor. I asked for room service the morning before I left the hotel and came back late in the evening with a room untouched. All towels are on the floor and we have no towels to use after a long day. I had to call again but since it is so late, we only got towels and the room is as filthy as it is when we arrived. I have no problems with the facility being old or cheaply managed bec that has nothing to do with cleanliness.
