price of the room was great for $80 upgrade a night, service and staff was awesome, great/favorite location, phone charging c/t slot machines not a good idea (thieves) watch your valuables, plan your meals, food is crazy expensive!

Excellent hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, amazing pools including a warm lazy river, tons to do right on the property, easy check in. Lazy river floating tubes way overpriced. Bring your own or just float without one.

There was dirty towels in our bathroom when we first arrived, it almost looked like vomit. We asked for a fridge the first night and didn’t have one delivered but was still charged , after speaking with guest services it was taken off. We checked in from the mgm app and there was about 500 dollars hold on my card, then for some reason we were signed out from the app so we went to the front desk to get a room key . I was again charged another 600 dollars. I called guest services to ask why since I already have had that on my card which they told me it was the fridge which I told them we don’t have a fridge and it was then taken off our bill. This was extremely frustrating as we were there for our wedding and had a lot of other things to worry about.

LOTS of walking no matter where you wnat to go. Didnt know you need to buy or bring your owm innertube for the lazy pool either, mobile app check in was smooth but mobile key access was terrible. In our room the room darkening curtain didn't go up all the way....made us sad.

Each time I’ve stayed here, I was given a dirty room. Hair everywhere (on the floor, in the bedding, on the toilet, full garbage can, used towel folded on the rack, blood on the bedding, sewage backed up in the shower, plugged sink, smears on the headboard, phone didn’t work, and no fridge to use.

The rooms are terribly outdated, dark and dingy. While the bed was comfortable, and the room was soundproofed well, it was very outdated, dusty and in need of a make-over for the high price they are charging per night. Bathrooms are old and also need to be redone. Unless you are staying there for a concert, stay elsewhere!

I stayed 5 days and had to have maintenance come out twice for the shower and toilet. They also added a $50 charge because the people before us stored a sandwich in the fridge.
