Fire Alarm went off at 2:30 am. Fire department came didn’t find anything and could not shut off the malfunctioning alarm. At 4 am we finally just went back to our room with headphones on (alarm still going off) to get our luggage and left. Hotel staff didn’t communicate with any of the guest waiting the parking lot to let us know what was going on or what our options might be.

What my mom liked: 1. Very ADA friendly, and comfortable bed, pillow and amazing shower. 2. Parking was easy and plentiful. 3. Breakfast area was well stocked. What I didn’t like: 1. The employee that checked us in on Saturday checked us in under the wrong reservation resulting in our keys being discontinued and having to have them rekeyed and the attendant kept saying she didn’t know what to do. All was taken care of and I’m sure it is just a training issue.

Good place to stay when your tgere to visit family or friends. No slot machines, quiet and a great location to get to the other fun things to do in Vegas that aren't on the strip. But if you want to go to the strip it's very easy to get there.

Everything was good except the 2nd night. A lot of empty rooms and they put 2 drunk people right next door . They talked loud and laughed until 3:30 AM.! We got very little sleep!

The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that my bedsheets looked dirty, as if they weren't changed. There were numerous specks of cardboard and dirt on the bed under the comforter. Housekeeping probably thought that the previous occupant was coming back for another night.

HORRIBLE, JASON WAS THE WORST FRONT DESK PERSON, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE!! No housekeeping unless you ask which he didn't inform upon check-in. Smoke alarms had to be disabled as they malfunctioned. 1 replaced the other not, stayed 3 days. Johnny was nice and tried smooth out the bumpy customer service incidents. Upon leaving today, I realized just how filthy the flooring was in our room as i packed our things while barefoot after my shower and had to rewash the soles of my feet before putting on my socks and shoes. Yuck. Very Dissapointing experience, plus pool closed and ice limited access to one of 4 floors. Poorly managed operation.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, however the condition is the room terrible at best. Our door handle was barely hanging on and kept getting jammed, our shower has no hot water, and we had to get new key cards every day because they would stop working.

When we checked in they gave me a room that wasn’t cleaned by house keeping, there was dirty towels and garbage still in the room. We got a new room and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and there was no hot water when we showered

We enjoyed the stay. At first we thought the room was decent and clean. But once it came to showering we saw how disgusting the tub is. The sink is beautiful but it took a turn with the shower. The curtain was terrible. We also kept struggling with getting into our room every time. The light would flash and the door wouldn’t open, it would literally take at least 5 try’s to get in each time.

Pool was out of order and you couldn't even sit and relx in the pool area. Of the four mornings they were out of sausage three days, out of milk two days, out of juice at least one day. The rooms near the interstate are super noisy, and if you have an adjoining room, you can hear your neighbors.

Place is falling apart. Pool and spa broke. Breakfast was horrible in day one the sausage was not edible. Day two there was no sausage only scrambled eggs. The juice machine was not working. The hot water was an issue every time you showered or bathed. Staff was very nice.

The main positive aspects were the two guys at the front desk in the afternoon/evening who were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast. On the negative side were that the pool and hot tub weren't working, with no apparent repair date in sight. Also the hot water in the shower was very inconsistent. Lastly, it was very difficult to open the door with the key cards. One card quit working altogether and had to be replaced.

Maintenance was extraordinarily poor. A/C didn't work. Maintenance called. Still didn't work. Bathroom sink clogged when we arrived. Wrong room assignment twice. Something broken or out of order everywhere you look. However, staff was incredibly nice and did there best to address a property management clearly cares nothing about.

The hotel did not have a king bed like Had reserved. I a room with 2 beds. It was dirty and when I called the front desk to ask about soda machine they told me to go to the hotel next door? A10am I tried to take a shower but the hot water didn’t work I called the desk and they said it was a busy time and the hotel is old. I checked out and went to the hotel next door.

You only get your room cleaned every 3 days if you request it before 8 am. What they save on not cleaning or giving you more then one towel per person every 3 day they spend on the smelliest air freshener ever! With not getting the room cleaned often they have the smallest trash cans and no place to put the trash. Many things were out of order here! No ice on the first floor, television only worked sometimes. The menu on the tv said no information for many days! The juice machine at breakfast never worked. Husband went to take a shower only to discover no water. I called the front desk and was told they turned off the water because people were complaining there was no hot water! WTH!!

This property is in really bad condition, the elevator has pealing wallpaper and a warped door. The wind makes a VERY loud high pitched humming through the A/C unit all night. The bathroom vanity was all chewed up. I could have stayed in a casino for less money and it would have been much nicer. Very disappointed. Staff was very nice!!!!

The back door was supposed to be locked but it wasn’t, meaning anybody can access the property without having to be a guest. Suite door was broken and very hard to open. Bath tube was dented, damaged, and stained. Couch was very dirty. Appliance very old & a.c. not strong at all.

The room itself was nice and bed was comfortable, but huge cockroach was in room in morning. So afraid left room immediately. Told woman at front desk she just said it was big. I have pics. I received a very small refund. I'm afraid of bugs.

No pool, no hot tub, limited breakfast, no juices, exterior doors locks were broken, easy access to all! Rooms were clean, tv did not operate properly! Shower had no hot water.

No hot water in Shower. Tried in the morning, afternoon and evening and only luke warm at best Had to move to another hotel.

The pool and hot tub weren't working. Our bed was hard and warped outward. We didn't have hot water in the shower, however when I notified them about the shower, they had it fixed within a couple hours.

I booked double beds however, only got a king. I was told by the front desk that Expedia always double books, and since they were sold out, there was nothing that they could do. The reservation was made for 4 guests and it was impossible for my husband and I to sleep on the pullout couch, which is clearly a single user only bed. We ended up sleeping on the floor for a $200 plus a night booking. Not to mention the key to the room was constantly malfunctioning and requires many tries to open. The saving grace was the hotel front staff. Jason was amazingly nice even though this was beyond his control. However, he could have offered a discounted rate which would have saved the day.
