This property was not massive and it felt very comfortable and quiet and we had personal attention from the minute. We got there with stores open no long lines. I will definitely come back again.

Off the strip. Simple. Quiet. Relaxing. Polite and helpful staff. No casino, no smoke inside the building, no bar, no loud music. Easy parking. Close to Westgate so access to dinning and shops. Easy trxt messgae express check out. A hidden gem in the chaos of Vegas. I recommend this location.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. They accommodated late checkout (weekday) and able to leave our luggage until late evening flight. There is a small pantry near the lobby but no other food options.

This property gave our Vegas trip calm and ease
The overall ease of this property was lovely. Easy-in, easy-out, easy to get the car and park. The free parking and open garage close to the entrance was appreciated. Angie was absolutely wonderful- her customer service, attitude and attentiveness were that of a luxury 5-star hotel. When I needed something, she went above and beyond and it made my stay so much smoother and easier. We wanted to watch DVD's so that was a disappointment, as was the closure of the pool area the first day. One other thing that would have been nice is enough blankets & pillows for the sofa bed. We had to sort that out and wait 40 min for these items late at night; would have been nice to have that bed made up already underneath the sofa as we had more than 2 people attached to the reservation. Overall, it was a lovely stay with friendly employees and a quietness and ease to the property. The kitchens in the suites are really nice to have also!
