"The reception team are the unhappiest staff in Vegas. They lack any customer service skills. To be honest, rude. I’m a Marriot Bonvoy member and Marriott is always my first choice and I’ve stayed in a lot.
The Excaliber hotel is good. But the reception team need replacing with trained customer service professionals. "
"Helpful staff and check in. There was renovation on the 32nd floor so very noisy during the afternoons.
Have stayed several times, but first time to see black mold in the shower, where the tile meets the bathtub. Two spots I photographed, and let Guest services know before checking out.
Good proximity to Fashion Show Mall and other venues. I will return."
"I wouldn’t stay at the Horseshoe again. Check in at 4pm was strict, 3:58 and you pay 20.00 extra. I waited till 4pm on the dot and they said “your room is not ready yet.” Curt front desk workers- not helpful or cordial. Two people can use the internet, more users and you will pay. I wasn’t impressed."
The LINQ Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination
10/10 Excellent
"It was great and the staff was great! But when my room is getting done by housekeeping when I’m out I would like the room vacuumed and trash picked up not just my bed getting done and extra towels. This is what happened for this trip."
"There are no coffee makers in the rooms—by design. Either you buy a pot of coffee from room services for $50 (not exaggerating), or buy from Starbucks at $10/cup. Also, there was a light in my room which was destroyed. My key card failed halfway through my visit.
Honestly, I’ve stayed at Days Inns and had a better experience than this hotel. I would highly recommend another option on the strip."
"Our stay was perfect in every way- dreamy backdrop to an amazing vacation! The delicious on site restaurants were an added bonus! Location was perfect- walking distance to all the fun!"
