when we checked in, the staff member went above and beyond to give us an upgraded room for our 20th anniversary. we had the most amazing view of the fountains and the Strip. the room itself was lovely, the bathroom was huge, and we loved everything about it. cant wait to go back

Bellagio is centrally located; which is convenient. Asked for early check in but that did not happen. Every morning at 6:30 I was woken up with renovation in room next door. The food is very expensive; but that is what you get here and expected .

Stayed at the Bellagio for Mother’s Day weekend and a gala being held on property! It was beautiful and I stopped into the salon which was super cute and everyone was so nice! Loved this experience!!

the restaurants while way more expensive than I anticipated were excellent. Beautiful venue and great food. Staff was very friendly. Uber pickups were a PITA. Also there were numerous festivals in town that jammed things up. Reservations for meals were challenging.

My room was not ready at check-in. Hours later was given a smoking room when non-smoking was booked and requested at check-in. Asked if we wanted upgrade. When we agreed to an upgrade were told there were no rooms and then were told our room wasn’t ready. Had to sleep in a smoking room. Spent the next day trying g to get a no -smoking room.

Stayed over Mother’s Day weekend and service at checking was great. My daughter got chocolate strawberries and macarons at check-in. Sign up for Caesar Reward as it gives you a better experience participating Las Vegas hotels. Flowers were given to every mom at the Bellagio buffet brunch. Very beautiful luxury hotel. We would come back again.

The hotel is a very beautiful hotel but way too busy. Staff member in the store was extremely helpful when I showed interest in the hummingbirds. He was very patient. I eventually bought two He was dedicated to his job. We enjoyed our stay.

For the amount of money we spent to stay for our two nights for the room and playing at the casino we hoped for a better view then seeing the dumpsters. It was a stay we were excited for because it was our 25th wedding anniversary trip
