Lovely property and very nice room with nice view. Unfortunately we stayed on a Monday night and not much available in dining options just a basic deli. Only one server at the center casino bar and bar at sports book was also closed. Looks like the time to stay is Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings to have all amenities available. Also had a very noisy person in next door room, sound proofing could be better for the price you pay. Nice casino.

Very little if any informstion was provided at check in, no info on restaurants, location of things, had to ask where the elevators to get to our 3rd floor room. Had to call back to the front desk once we got our room to ask where the pool and fitness center were located, again there was zero information provided in the room about hotel amenities and information. There also was no valet service a which when paying $230 with valet listed under amenities you kind of expect it. Aside from this it was a good experience, room was clean, staff at the concert was great.

We're sorry that our staff did not do an adequate job of informing you of our amenities upon check-in. That is a training issue we will address. Unfortunately, we only offer valet during the golf season or special occasions due to staffing. All that said, we hope you stay with us again soon.

Communication
Made reservations online for my mother and for me & my wife. When we got to the hotel, they couldnt find the reservation. The phone number we gave the credit card to obviously didnt talk with the front desk both had different information. Had to make reservations for one night then check out then recheck in but even that got messed up and had to explain ourselves. after the first day my wife and I came back to a room beds were not made towels still on the floor. Was not communicated that when you stay they do not go into the room and clean would have been nice if someone said something so there were no expectations. The call center who takes the reservations and the front desk need to speak to one another. not one time did either oone of them know what was going on with the other...

While our buffet hours only run during the weekends, our Big Drop Cafe is open late 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Rooms are overpriced for what you get. Rooms are not fully cleaned. Cups were dirty, garbage cans had no bags and had crumbs still in it, hair on the floor in the bathroom, crumbs and a broken tooth pick underneath the cushion on the chair. Says they have pillow top beds(they will make your back hurt). We broke out in hives from the bed linen that we actually left before midnight and didnt even stay. You have no option to mirror your phone to the tv to stream.. instead pay $20 for movies that came out 10 years ago. I would rather stay at a Motel 6.

I loved the fact that it was fully accessible for my Mom who took the "best shower in years". It was a long way for her from the lobby to the room with no benches along the way for her; she ended up sitting on a decorative coffee table to rest.

Beautiful property, would have loved to enjoy the outdoor pool and/or golf course, but it rained during our time. The room was very nice, with a beautiful view of the course. Staff was very friendly. My negative feedback would be that the slots did not pay out much, at all and during our Friday Saturday trip the casino had no drawings or promotions.. Wish they had the breakfast buffet option on both Saturday and Sunday instead of Sunday only. Ruthie's restaurant on the property was overpriced for the quality of food.

We loved our room, pool and spa, friendly, helpful staff in all areas. Golf course was great. I only disliked the pillows! Just bring your own!

The hotel was fantastic. The pool and golf course are top notch. We attended a comedy show. Well staffed and easy entry and exit. Afterwards, on a Saturday night, there was not a waitress to be seen in the entire casino and the bars were horribly under-staffed. That is a recipe for disaster and not a good visit. Not to mention the amount of money that the casino is losing by not selling a drink to people who want it at $5.50 minimum cost. This needs resolved or we will most likely not be back. We can go to the Hard Rock Casino in Sioux City.

In addition to Robert's Buffet for breakfast and brunch, Ruthie's Steakhouse for dinner, and Big Drop Cafe for all three meals we do have Sports Bar and Grill open on Sundays. The Sports Bar and Grill is on the casino floor - so sometimes guests don't notice it. Make sure to check it out next time you stay with us.
