The hotel is nice and it has a superb sunrise. We had a premier sea view room and it was amazing to wake up and see that sunrise. Besides that though there is not much to do around and in the area dining options are limited. Cleanliness was ok but could be improved. Noise level was also hard to manage because there is a live band every night that we could hear from our room.

Being one of Resort world's property, we expect a higher standard of service and all. Staff are friendly and warm, but other than that there are many to upgrade. Let's not waste the good location, please pump resources to upgrade the place.

The rooms given were too far from main lobby and carpark. Had to have a long walk with our lugguge. There was no lift that serve 3rd floor for the rooms that we stay in hence need to use staircase to go to swimming pool and ground floor. request for additional amenities e.g shampoo/ shower bath through phone aand approached front desk, never receive until check-out on 3rd day.

The location of the property is excellent, as it is near the sea, in a secluded, quiet spot in the very South of Langkawi Island. The building itself has an airy feel to it (spacious entrance, which opens to a relaxing sea view). The hotel has a small but nice infinity pool and

The room smelled funny when I entered, and there were ants crawling here and there on the toilet sink, fridge table, and eating table. Design of toilet was extremely odd as every time I opened the bathroom door it immediately bangs the toilet bowl (congested). The walk from the room to the lift was extremely far, but nonetheless the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The premier room has and always been my choice.

The photos on Expedia.com and not what the rooms are actually like. The breakfast was not very good and there is a clear lack of communication, we were charged for a boat trip, which we wanted, but upon checkout they said they had no record and wanted to charge again. The saving grace at this hotel was the pool, it was beautiful, but the rest on Expedia’s website is misleading.

The location is amazing, the views from the room were incredible. Drinks and food are fairly priced and taste good apart from the beef burger. The infinity pool is superb. I’d recommend doing the bbq night as the food was so good. Some of the property was abit tired and could do with updating. The breakfast I didn’t think was very good for westerners. Most of the staff are smiley and friendly. Wasn’t very happy with reception when we checked out, they tried charging me for a sprite I had already gone back and paid for. After explaining that I had already paid they put me on the phone to the bar to talk to them about it. It was all a bit unprofessional. For some reason on 3 days of our 8 day stay house keeping never came and cleaned the room. I’d probably rate my stay a 7/10, would I return? Probably not.

The location is one of the best Any hotel in Langkawi could offer. The sea view rooms are totally worth with the special prices Expedia offers. Service is not 5*, but you never get a staff not responding positively to your requests. I loved it and will definitely go back. This hotel is 4* for all the right things. I could see an Alligator, exotic fish from the port of the hotel.

Location and the views from hotel are marvellous, you can either walk along the forested mountain or along the jetty with peefect seaview. I loved my stay, staff is very helpful and courteous and you can ask for anything you want like taxis, food, guide etc. Rooms were very auspacious with tv, fridge, ac, hair dryer, iron with iron stand, dining table for two and one lounging sofa with balcony and outdoor seatings. Highly recommended for families and all others.

There's no beach in this hotel, only a jetty. The water is clean though. Sunset at the infinity pool was beautiful but mind you you'll be told to use the pool chairs only if you spend at the pool bar, otherwise use the beach chairs which were very limited. The buffet breakfast selection was the best thing I liked about this hotel.

The hotel has really nice pool and outdoor settings. Staff is nice. However, the room is not in good condition. It looks old and not that clean. The carpet in front of rooms hallway looks old and dirty. The bathroom looks old and not clean. It will be really great if the hotel room is renovated. For the price paid, the hotel room should be nicer and match the hotel outdoor settings.

The view from the room for great. The property is old and can do with a bit of upgrade. The breakfast and dining was average but the entertainment by the trio band at night was good. I must mention the staff was very helpful and pleasant and a special thanks to the Asst front office manager Diana who was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to please.
