"We had 5 rooms during our stay. We were traveling to this area for unfortunate reasons, but we were instantly made comfortable as soon as we walked into the hotel. Carmen behind the check-in desk was amazing. We had an issue that my card was charged before arrival even though it wasn't supposed to be (another person in our group planned to pay for the rooms, I had only reserved them). "We had a room with one queen bed. The room was SMALL, but it was fine for two adults for two nights. Every staff member I came across was extremely nice & welcoming! We even got a phone call 30 minutes after we checked out letting us know we left 3 unopened bottles of juice & a can of red bull in the fridge.
