“A happy bunny”

Location is okay, but within easy reach of the city via the Metro and what it lacks in location it certainly makes up with being a first class hotel with great service and very pleasant staff. The rooms are very modern, very clean and well maintained. Comfort is at the top of the list and it would be hard to better. I'd like to say thanks to all those who made my stop over pleasant and memorable.

“peace and quiet”

I was a lone female traveler and I stayed here for 3 days on a city break. I found the hotel to be both interesting and very comfortable, its location is a bit on the quiet side but had everything I needed within walking distance, Transport, huge shopping centre and restaurants although the hotel offered very good food. With this location came quietness and restful sleep, a huge bonus! Access to the city was easy and quick so don't let the location put you off. buses and metro are within easy walking distance. Public transport was made simple by buying a T10 ticket and was good value. I also used the hotels own shuttle service to and from the airport and to the city, I found it to be a very efficient service but be organised and book in advance as seats are limited. Spa and gym facilities are very good. The only gripe if I have to find one is that the rooms would benefit from tea making facilities although there were cold drinks in the room and were complimentary.

“Amazing hotel, bad location for sightseeing”

Survival guide. free airport shuttle-call hotel as soon as you land and tell them which terminal you're at (easyjet = terminal 2) exit the building turn right and walk to end of block B and wait just past the bus stop. Sign for Fira congress is on the post next to bus stop but on the far side of the sign. it's a white minibus with brown.red stripes on the bottom, think hotel name is on it?. arrive at hotel. when using the lift you must put your key card in to operate it. room gorgeous, interesting lighting, perculiar bathroom setiing but fun, rain shower and power shower. no shower cap. they have toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, soap and haidryer. fridge with fanta coke and water for free, refilled each day, you may need to ask for a bottle opener or better still take your own if on a keyring. bed hard, 2 pushed together, not to our taste. only english channel is the news which is repetitive after a while. all others in spanish or german. might be worth taking a laptop with some dvds as the wifi is free. internet access in reception 3.5 euros for 15 mins. pool area is loevly, like 1 massive jacuzzi, saune, steam room and hot chairs! exit hotel and look for 1 round red building, it's next to 3 blue ones. head in that direction the metro station is behind these, not easy to spot at first-10 mins walk metro ticket machine, t10 card zone 1. 2 people can use the card just leave in machine for next person. you're off!

“GOOD TIME”

BACK FROM BARCA, AMAZING AS ALWAYS.. FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE TO AND FROM HOTEL. HOTEL IN QUIET LOCATION. IT WAS A NICE STAY, HOTEL WAS NICE AND COMFORTABLE, THE ROOM WE WERE IN COULD HAVE BEEN COSIER BUT WAS CLEAN AND WELL PRESENTED. QUITE FAR FROM MAIN BARCELONA BUT EASY TO GET ON A BUS/METRO, HOTEL ABOUT A FIVE-TEN MIN WALK FROM A METRO ST, THE STAFF WERE GOOD AND TOLD US ALL INFO FOR TRANSPORT. THERES A LOCAL SHOPPING MALL WHICH YOU CAN SEE FROM THE HOTEL WITH NICE CAFES, BARS, SHOPS AND SUPERMARKET. THE SPA IN HOTEL WAS LOVELY WE ENJOYED OUR TIME HERE. STAFF SPOKE GOOD ENGLISH, AND WERE HELPFUL.

“great for a stop over near the airport”

hotel was good the rooms were a little on the hot side and the pillows were not great. However it was very modern and for the price we paid for the night very much worth it.

“Great location for Fira events”

Great hotel next to the Fira conference buildings, also has the Gran Via 2 shopping mall less than 10 minutes walk away for shopping, restaurants and cinema. The free spa is a bonus and the bar is a good chill out area with books, a good selection of drinks and tapas. The only let down is the reception staff who we have not been helpful on both our stays.

“Great hotel for price”

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff all friendly and helpful. Liked spending time in the bar of an evening, very relaxing. Room is slightly unusual, but functions very well. We did read about problems with the A/C, but we had no issue it is just a bit slow to get going and only works when room key is in slot. Located 5 min walk from large shopping centre and about 30 min tube ride to the very centre of Barca. Would recommend hotel without question, very enjoyable stay. Airport transfer was a delightful bonus!!

“great hotel for business”

Hotel is a great find! Hotel offers free shuttles to the airport and from the airport, as well as to and from the city centre. Hotel is also close to a metro station, giving you access to the whole city's transport system. Rooms are well designed, with high spec equipment (B & O). Bar, restaurant and spa are good additions onto an already compelling package!

“Great hotel overall”

The stay was very pleasant, however for a 4 star they should be offering more options for food. when i turned up at 9.30 for dinner there were very few options available. apart from that i loved my stay and would certainly love to visit again.

“Trip to Zona Franca”

It was a strange. I think that the hotel was build around the time of the Barcelona Olympic and was probably quite 'high tech' at the time. However, overtime it has probably lost some of it's appeal and in is a bit tired and probably needs a bit of sprucing up. We used the hotel for business as we had a meeting in Zona Franca area - it was perfect for this, but not ideal for city centre and shopping trips. Also, a bit out iof the way and no real resturants close by other than fast food outlets.
