"Overall very nice hotel with beautiful location, grounds and facilities. Breakfast very good. The outdoor pool is amazing and you will have it mostly to yourself during the day as Chinese people don't like to get a tan, so they usually only go in it early morning and late afternoon onwards. My wife told me she heard several kids calling their parents stupid for being scared of the sun! Dinner caused a great fuss because we paid for dinner expecting a buffet to be offered, but they didn't offer...

"Great modern hotel. Spacious room w comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff and great service. Jessica at the reception desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome, as did the other staff members.The hotel is close to the train ststion, an additional plus if you want to travel to other Yunnan areas."

"This hotel is stunning. It sits on a lovely pond by the lake, with exquisite grounds and a gorgeous courtyard whose water feature is impressive by day or night. The lobby is enormous and austere, the spa delightful and the pool beautiful as well, though I'd recommend finding hours when it's less busy. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious as well, with a great selection of varied food. Our room was very comfortable, having a view of the pond is very calming. Service was exemplary, we enjoyed...

"更多的不满来自于对网站的不满意，我预定了3个晚上，每个晚上都是1个大床1个双人间。第一天抵达酒店已经凌晨了，酒店告诉我只接收到1个大床房的订单，而且还给我准备了一个加床，无论如何查询也找不到另外1个双人间的订单，结果3个男人挤在一间大床房+加床的房间里面睡的。第二天找网站和酒店确认另外一间房的情况，确认了一上午也没有结果。真的让人很郁闷，一上午都呆在房间里什么也干不了，只剩下呵呵了。这种效率让人揪心，还敢不敢用了？"
