everything is lousy. tissue not refilled on most days. even if it is, it's only 8 pieces. air con is leaking. tv is not working. sofa is dirty. toilet has flies everywhere. lobby is hot n stuffy, no friendly staff at reception.

Definitely worth the price per room. Thank Lenny of room for two to move around and cook if needed. Walking distance to Chinatown and several other landmarks.

Large spacious rooms poor selection of plates and bowls. Only 4 off coat hangers in the wardrobe / lack of equipment. Decoration quality poor despite a recent facelift. Breakfast facility located in separate building - a little inconvenient. Keep door locked / latched as despite having the "do not disturb sign" on the outside of the door housekeeping entered three times !!!

Check in time was suppose to be 3pm. When we arrived at the receptionist at 630pm. Was told that ,the room was not ready and have to wait till 840pm then can check in!

Love the layout of the apartment. The toilet is also unique. The bathtub is a step down instead of us climbing in. My room got the best view of Menara KL n the Twin towers. Everything is good.

It sucks! Don't go to this hotel/ rediences
It was upsetting to arrive after a long drive at 2000hrs to be informed that my room is not ready. Check in was supposed to be at 1500hrs. What happened during those five hours? On top of this, the counter staff was most unhelpful, unfeeling and to a certain extent rude. No apologies, not even a return requested call so I could speak with the manager I have stayed in swiss garden before and am shocked with the drastic drop in service standards The shower has water spewing from all three outlets. My first time! The location was good as it allows occupant to walk to several prime buildings around this locality

This hotel is in dire need of refurbishing.
Room was leaking water, air con was not cold, bedsheet was stain, requested to change room. Next room, the air con was loud and bath area tend to flood after bathe. Service staff was not eager to serve. Requested for iron board, waited for few hours. Very unpleasant stay. Will avoid this hotel next time.

Housekeeping staff cannot understand or speak English reasonably well. Our calls for extra toileteries, towels and bottled water were promptly answered. However since they knew we were 3 persons, there is no excuse in not getting the room including an extra bed ready for us. The breakfast buffet at the adjacent Swiss Gardens hotel was good. It has warm soya bean milk!

Generally it was okay, cleanliness and comfort could have been better as stains could be seen from the sofa and the with generally musky smell coming from the fabric. Other than that it was a good place to stay. Cozy and good for a quick getaway.

Good location
Location of this residences is very convenient access to shopping and night market. Walking distance to mrt station. But on our 3rd night stayed, the air-conditioning was dripping water onto the bed. Due to they can't fixed the air conditioner so need to move us to another room. Not really happy with the new room, it looks like "downgraded " instead of "upgrades ".Also the receptions need to improve their knowledge of guests need to check out at midnight.

We were very happy and satisfied with the apartment and the amenities (including a washing machine which we did not use) provided. We appreciated very much the Astro Cantonese channel which is not provided in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The wifi is excellent. We requested for extra coffee and tea bags which were delivered promptly. I will certainly return and/or recommend the property to my friends on my/their visits to KL.

the hotel location is great
The Swiss Graden residence where i stayed was good and quite comfortable how-ever the place do's require maintenance inside and out especially the showers and its utilities, hose's and other bathroom equipment. the sofa's need changing as the one i had was stained and not sure if it was hygienic to sit on or sleep, The reception people where very helpful and i would like to make a special note for two ladies, Nesa and Alania (sorry for any mis-spelling) they both were very professional and they understood customer relationship, so thank you for both ladies. Your swimming pool requires more then one ladder as i feel this can be a safety cliche so plse look into it as there is so many young children swimming. Thanks

Room aircon had to be fixed. Water heater broken down and could not be easily fixed. Had to make do without hot water for 3 nights. Lift broken down - at one point there was only 1 serviceable lift out of 4. Wifi speed was slow and keeps breaking off.

A reasonably good experience
The hotel was reasonably good. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean and the room is clean and spacious. Could do with a bit of maintenance as things are getting old and the walls need a paint job. Breakfast is good with a good choice of the usual western, malaysian, chinese and indian foods. The free wifi is ok.

very central to everything
We stayed here for 2 weeks, and from now on this is where we will be staying every trip to KL! for the price I would much prefer to have more space than a basic hotel room anyday! the staff were very courteous and friendly, always a good morning or good afternoon when you saw then especially the security staff. I do think the cleaning staff could take more time to wipe marks off the walls both within the apartments and corridors, when we went into our apartment there was tomato sauce on the wall, quite visible, never got wiped off till I did it myself ! but overall its an awesome place to stay and has brilliant facilities.

Capable of many big rooms which are good for family groups, and quiet locations. But it can be improved better as room cleaning and refreshment were not sufficient during my stay. Breakfast was poor, and no any variety change during the 3 consecutive day staying.

Recently I stayed fr 28 April till 2 May, however the stay has not been satisfying. During the few days, housekeeping either did not give enough bath towel (only give one), miss out hand towel, miss out rag cloth for kitchen or simply no shampoo. I personally call twice and visit the front desk to enquire about detail found on Hotel.com with regards to your hotel. It state under Dining option that a complimentary manager reception will be given each day but none of your staff are able to provide me with a answer. As I am going out, I asked them to leave a message in my room but no one did. Wifi was real poor and the reception said if have extra router will give me, when I go to reception no one can assist, again as I was going out, I ask them to leave router in my room which again no one did. Last but not least, I asked for sligh late check out as we woke up late, the reception replied "but I already gave many other guest late check out" what kind of reply is that? Simply disappointed with the service provided

Huge room sizes!
Very comfortable stay at the Residences. We chose these over the hotel as they were roughly the same price but you got much better value for money at the residences. Better pool (beautiful infinity pool), great gym, huge room size. Good location, only a 10 minute walk to Bukit Bintang. Jalan Alor (street food) is right around the corner, don't miss this. Ask for directions if not sure. Only downside would possibly be that the staff at the residences don't have extensive knowledge that you may require as a tourist, however you can walk over to the Hotel and they are very helpful.

WE HAD SOME PROBLEM DURING CHECK IN WHEN THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD US THAT OUR RESERVATION THROUGH HOTELS.COM WAS CANCELLED. AFTER AN HOUR OF HOLDING ON THE PHONE WITH HOTELS.COM,SANDY MANAGED TO IRON OUT THE ISSUE AND WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM . THE RECEPTIONIST NAMED IZAM WAS VERY HELPFUL THROUGHOUT THE CHECK IN PROCESS. OUR OTHERWISE PLEASANT TRIP WAS SPOILT BY A VERY RUDE, ARROGANT AND UNHELPFUL STAFF AT THE GYMNASIUM CENTRE NAMED SOHEL. THE TWO BEDROOM SUITE HAS A LOVELY VIEW OF THE TWIN TOWER AND KL TOWER. BREAKFAST AT TASTE 6 WAS FAIRLY GOOD.
