“FABULOUS ! :-) Fantastic hotel.”

Wow, what a superb hotel, the service, food, cleanliness, location and room comfort levels were all first class. The room was sumptious, a marble bathroom, huge shower and bath, all the usual complimentary goodies, and a really powerful shower ! The beds were fabulously comfortable, the flat screen, in wall TV was lovely, and the view !! Well, we were on the 33rd floor looking towards the KL tower, and it a view and a half. The lobby bar was fabulously decadent, with live singers every evening, the selection of teas was stunning, and the service was wonderful. The pool was excellent, gorgeous to leap into after a days sightseeing or shopping in KL's humid atmosphere. Be sure to make use of it! Transport, well, you are literally a hop, skip and a jump from a monorail station, and to get to it you are undercover all the way, so even in the torrential rainstorms you won't get wet. And you are only 2 stops, or a 10/15 minute stroll from the main shopping street. The only downside? Well, next to the hotel is a street of restaurants/bars/clubs, and up until about 3.00am you can hear the constant thump thump thump of bass music booming ! Even 33 floors up ! It won't keep heavy sleepers awake, but it's the sort of noise that once it has disturbed you once you find yourself listening out for ! Very irritating. We loved our stay here, and HIGHLY recommend it.

“Good KL Hotel”

Although not bang in the centre of KL, the monorail station is on the doorstep of the hotel and only five minutes gets you into the middle of the city. Hotel has a 'small' feel but that is not necessarily a negative. Staff very helpful, service great. Only downside - pool area is small and felt a tad cramped. However, I would happily stay in this hotel again.

“Luxurious hotel in a great location”

Great hotel, excellent service with lovely spacious rooms and a fabulous breakfast buffet. The bar and pool areas are gorgeous and there are a number of internet enabled computers in an area in the main reception available 24 hours a day. The best thing about the hotel location is that it is right next door to the monorail system which is a very easy and very cheap way to see most of the sights in KL. Would definitely stay there again.

“Will Be Visiting Again”

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel benefits from free internet access for guests and an excellent spa. The location is a fair bit of a walk from KLCC and other attractions but very close to Little India, there is a monorail station just two minutes away. The rooms were spotless and well presented, with many amenities inside, we had the view of Little India, which wasn't exactly enticing but wasn't really a big concern.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Excellent service, especially I liked the SPA. Room was good with beautiful views of twin towers. Bathroom was huge both shower and marble bath tub. Wireless internet access for reasonable price

“Lovely honeymoon”

We only stayed here one night during our honeymoon but we were treated so well, with an instant upgrade and cakes and roses- felt extremely spoilt. Lovely staff.

“A great friendly hotel”

As you would expect from a Sheraton hotel plus a little more. Room was massive and bed wide enough for the 7 dwarves. Room facilities excellent with all you could need. Deluxe tower view had:- Spacious fridge, kettle and coffee/coffee mugs, unlimited complimentary bottled water, iron/board, huge TV, huge bathroom, slippers, robe, internet cable (costs 58 RM per 24 hrs), VGA socket on wall for putting PC thru' TV, Useable AV socket on side of TV, etc, etc.. Hotel food was very good. We arrived 01:00 and still got a restaurant meal. Italian Restaurant on 5th floor was exceptional, and not just for Asia. Top quality Italian food with a Michelin starred chef. Great cocktail bar with live music 6 days a week. Hotel staff were very, very friendly, polite and helpful. Couldn't do enough for you. KL is a great city to visit but the standard of the hotel made that extra bit of difference. I would recommend to anyone. The only negative I could say is that there is a night club, either in the hotel or close by and the thud, thud, thud did penetrate the room, even up on the 31st floor. Only a problem if you're a really light sleeper...... or not drunk enough.
