The staff are a real asset in this hotel. Guna by the pool remembered me on day two and what I had had to eat and what I liked to drink - really great guy who made me feel very welcome, but that was a general thing with all of the staff. I recommend it highly and will stay there again next time I am in KL

Amazing hotel the food is great and the staff are like no other hotel i have ever stayed at, so helpful and willing. This is buy far in my opinion better than the manderine oriental in bkk and that is saying something.

Sounds like I am an employee of the hotel doesnt it but couldnt find much to fault this hotel. It is expensive for extras like room service, mini bar ets, but thats what you pay in the best hotels !

“Fantastic luxury for couples”

The hotel is definately a 5 star, the best we have stayed in so far. Exceptional staff make this hotel, nothing is too much trouble for them. It's worth paying extra for the Horizon club lounge as the standard of food for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks reception is amazing. The only down side of this hotel and it's very minor is that my husband and I couldn't share the sauna, steam and jacuzzi together as they were separate due to Muslin laws. It's was a bit of a shame but the superb poolside and the lovely added touch of chilled apples and water served complimentary at your lounger more than made up for it. Free wifi was also brilliant, as was the standard of the hotel room, with breath taking views of the Petrona Towers. The hotel was very much a business hotel with lots of conferences etc while we were there but staff ensured that non business guests were well cared for, so I would't hesitate to recommend this to anyone who like attention to detail and they thought of everything int his hotel. Top class.
