Either you use hot or cold water, you will only get hot water. Overall service was alright, room amenities needs to improve. Hilton is a famous international brand but this one did not meet it's standard.

its was good place relax , but the stuff stilling money from guests I chose breakfast and pay for it 8$ than morning they told me you have to pay cash , they charged me on property for tourists tax I pay it cash 10 Malaysian but the charged me over my account too which is not honest with people in this way they lose people trust andI will tell all my friends and people . its fine its not big dale for me but in the future they are loser I hope you guys take care of this in future thanks .

Excellent stay with my parents. We stayed in a family room which had more than enough space. The property is beautiful and makes for a great staycation or retreat. Our room initially had leaking water from the ceiling, but upon contacting the reception, we were moved to an equivalent room next door and offered a free breakfast. Wonderful service and we hope to visit again soon.

First day o encountered ants everywhere In my room, so I notified front desk staff who told me she’ll send housekeeping to spray ants. Fifteen minutes passed and noone came so called again and I told them of in 10 minutes no one comes then move me to a cleaner room. Finally housekeeper came and sprayed the ants while I was still in my room. Dirty place

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. One of the best place for family to spend some good time. 4 difference pools make the parents life a lot easy. It would be the best if the hotel have the kids play room more affordable and with some quality equipment. Kids club needs to open every day not only in the weekends. Found a huge dead cockroach in the changing room.

Waiting time for beg is like 1 hour. If you decided to take it yourself, make sure you know how far you'll walk to your room. Long queue for breakfast during weekends. The staff is trying hard to find seats for guests. Perhaps open another area for breakfast if high occupancy. Aircon took a long time to warm up and hours to become cold. Other than that room is fine.

Booked king got 2 smaller beds
Property is large and convenient for the airport about 30 minutes away. We tried to pay for dinner at the hotel onto the room but they said they didn't allow so had to use cash which was a bit strange. Room was booked as a king but we received two smaller ones, lucky was only a short overnight stay so no point moving rooms. Venues is beautiful but next time I might get grab delivery

Nice hotel.
Kids pool was really good, room was nice and the other pools were big and clean. The service was really poor. We booked a family room and there were no beds set up for the children. I called reception 4 or 5 times trying to get them to set up the beds before it was eventually done. The service in the restaurant was very poor, we ordered dessert and it never came. The manager was very kind though and had it sent to our room free of charge. Our room wasn’t ready until after 4 pm.

Lovely resort with friendly and helpful staff
The standard rooms are small and tight, if you don't mind the small space, it's good but being claustrophobic I didn't like it and didn't get a good sleep at all in my first night. Luckily the manager on duty Hadi was very helpful, moved us to a corner room and I had more space and rest time after a long flight. Staff service in general is very good. My room attendant was very efficient and helpful too. The spa and rooftop pool is still under renovations. There's a sauna and steam room in the ladies change room next to the gym. Breakfast buffet in Makan Kitchen is great. Local and western cuisine for everyone's tastebud. Kids swimming pool is fantastic. My children loved it. Adults can relax in the infinity pool overlooking the lake. Will definitely visit again!

We loved this hotel, the staff were a credit to the hotel who seemed to memorise the guests names. Breakfast was great a huge selection of food and the dinner menu was very good too. We will definitely be going back & will recommend to our friends
