Love this hotel.Room is clean,spacious with good views.Staff were exceptional,from the front desk,the front door,security,transport booth and cleaners.Location is very convenient and walkable to the convention centre,the Petronas towers,park mall etc.I definitely recommend Impiana and will surely stay here again.

I loved my recent stay at Impiana Hotel KLCC. Abeautiful hotel, my room was modern, luxurious, quiet with comfortable bed. Breakfast in the mornings was fantastic, great range of foods and tastes. The staff were so polite and friendly and very helpful. Location wise, it is close to eveything, the Petronas towers are 5 min walk away, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. I would happily recommend staying at Impiana hotel KLCC.

So this is an honest review of why we have rated this so low...negatives: 1. Took 30 mins to check in 2. Used condom wrapper in clear sight on floor near the bed in a room that had apparently been cleaned 3. Half a pill/tablet in clear sight on the floor of the bathroom entrance 4. Pool, although big and refreshing, the water is very dirty and the bottom of the pool is littered with rubbish 5. There is a bakery in the foyer...on asking about some of the cakes, the man working there told me he didn't know anything about anything! 6. There is a handy convenience store in the foyer, the man working in this one grabbed the money out of my husband's hand when he was paying 7. You can wait a lifetime for a lift to arrive at your floor! 8. The safe is the room didn't work. 9. Cleaning was sadly sporadic in the room... however, when cleaned it was to a high standard Positives: 1. We had a club room. The club floor access is great and the breakfast was very good. 2. Big rooms, with comfortable beds and high powered shower. We have previously lived in KL and travelled extensively...sadly, we would neither recommend nor return to this hotel. It has the markings of a nice hotel to stay but their service is just way below par.

The room was very comfortable, like the link bridge that connect the hotel directly to KLCC convention Centre, Twin Tower, Park etc. Both the room and swimming pool had nice view of the KLCC Twin Tower.

I had a wonderful stay at the Impiana. I reserved the club lounge premier room and was upgraded to a suite. I highly recommend paying the extra for a club lounge. The lounge is excellent. We ended up just hanging around the hotel much more than we had planned to.The pool has a great view and is only sunny from around 11:30 to 3:30. I enjoyed sitting by the pool when it wasn't sunny. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The best part of an overall wonderful experience though is the location. No hotel has a better location. Thank you for a great relaxing stay. I will be back.

What rather affected by power shut down. On 28/3 and only being notified the day before. Got stucked at the L13 lift lobby - warm and hot. Quite thankful to get the fireman lift after almost 45mins waiting. Staff are all very polite.

Quiet, excellent breakfast buffet. Generally friendly and efficient staff. Negatives: unreliable WiFi, a child’s face print on my window, glass shower door could not be closed completely, and the shower fixtures were a little wobbly, hand shower hose leaking. Overall a very pleasant stay in a super convenient location. Could use a little love but I would stay again.

I stayed here with my family during the Lunar New Year. The Hotel gave us a wonderful Experience. The Location of the hotel is the best in KUL. I can walk to most of the major attractions in KLCC. However, The Staff and service were the best thing I experienced during my stay. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

A very tired looking hotel. I think the rooms need an enhancement. The service standards of the front of house team is still splendid. I used to enjoy staying here but I think it's time for the hotel to go thru some enhancements. The rooms are looking old. The restaurants still maintain their tastes. It's a very convenient hotel to be at as it's near all the major malls. A very safe place to stay as well.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Staff and service were excellent. The bar by the lobby was closed for private functions on several night but the beautiful bar on the 15th floor was a much better option anyway. Breakfast was excellent and secured a late checkout time of 18:00 for 200 Malaysian Ringgit. WI-FI in the property dropped out multiple times but this really is a first work problem.

This is an excellent Hotel in the Heart of Downtown Kuala Lumpur. A quick walk to shopping, the Petronas Towers, ect. Can't say enough about it. Bed, super comfortable. Great Pool with sweeping views of downtown. Overall, One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in South East Asia, BY FAR!

I was attending a conference at convention centre. the location of the hotel is perfect and has an over pass bridge to the convention centre and tunnels to KLCC. The hotel is clean and the facilities are very good. I stayed in the same hotel back in 2016 and gave it 5 star. This time it was not as good esp two things. The breakfast was not as good. It was too conservative, not enough choice of cheese and continental stuff. Even not much authentic Asian. The second issue was that one night we wanted to buy beer from the mini-shop of the hotel and the shopkeeper did not want to sell it to us telling that it is a Muslim country and you should not drink. This is super strange in a hotel that has a bar and with international guests.

A nice looking lobby and welcoming face at the desk, room was little dated and could of been cleaner, small shop and coffee shop on lobby level , used the pool which was good, ordered a pizza pool side but wasn’t so nice !

The room was starting to look “weary”, the bathroom was okay, but was lacking in maintenance, the shower head was loose and faulty, also lapses in service, no toilet papers, towels not being left in room. Great Location and Helpful Staff
I have two positive things to say about our two-day stay at this hotel: the location is great and the staff was very helpful attentive, if you could find them. It was apparent to me that the hotel had a staff shortage so we experienced long delays in people greeting us and to seat us at the hotel cafe, getting the room made up (no one came at all) while we were out for most of the day, and having housekeeping deliver hand towels to the room. We were assigned a rarely used accessible room which was quite spacious and the bathroom perfect for a disabled person but it lacked counter space for toiletries and places to hang towels. My wife and I enjoyed the dinner buffet at the cafe which served Malaysian food but especially since senior citizens could receive a 50% discount off the regular price. It was such a good deal that we ate dinner there twice because of delicious food and the beautiful ambience. The direct connection from the hotel to the pedestrian bridge that brought you to KLCC Park, Suria Mall, the Petronas Towers and the Pavillon Mall was a great plus.

The hotel offers a delightful stay with its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and good amenities. While there is room for improvement in areas like Wi-Fi reliability and front desk service, these issues were minor in the context of an otherwise enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to others and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

It's accessible to either pavillion or klcc, by taking the pedestrian bridge. Even though it was raining, we managed to go both places without getting wet. We were upgraded to a bigger room, which is very spacious, just for me and hubby. This is our second time staying here.

Excellent place to stay. Walkways will take you under cover to every shipping place to can think of. Pretty easy to get a ride to see the city or just outside for tours. Even rain did not stop me due to the direct connection to the KLCC walkways from the hotel itself. Very nice gym and dining options too.

Disappointing. Not a 4 star.
The hotel room seemed it hasnt been cleaned for along time, dust around the ceilings which i had to dust with a towel, then dirty marks on the wall, the bathroom intercom telephone wire was so dusty, mold all over the sinks and shower silicone. J Kettle was stained yellow, cups stained.

Convenient and close by to KLCC. Lounge is good. Room is clean everyday and club house is great with variety of food choice and drinks. Would be better to have a bread toaster in club floor.

The location and price were quite good, and we also utilised the pool while staying. The shower however wasn't very clean, unfortunately, and had quite a lot of mould. We tried the downstairs bar on 2 occasions, with both times no staff were present, so we left.
