"The room are clean but the air condition is really bad. temperature cannot be adjust. it always remain 17 degree, It is very cold. I complained about the air con the technician shut it down, the room is very warm. Every night there is at least 1 blackout."

"Nice, clean hotel and restaurant buffet was always awesome when I chose to eat there. There is other nice restaurants in the area within walking distance too, not about to try the street food here, it's nothing like Penang. Outside the property the streets and sidewalk are in very poor condition, trash and garbage everywhere, hawkers etc."

"A lovely hotel by the waterfront with an amazing view of yachts and the islands. All meals are in the buffet restaurant that provides a huge choice of local dishes and some international food. There is a tiny bar by the waterfront that serves simple food in the evenings. Excellent service staff and ambience. The hotel is just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to shopping malls, served by the hotel's free shuttle bus. Grab to the city is easy to get and inexpensive. Very convenient location. A hassle-free stay at this lovely hotel."
