“Good but problematical”

Hotel needs updating and modernising as it seems to be a bit worn out. One or two small mishaps affected the holiday but the reception staff and Amy in particular were very good and helpful and remedied the deficiencies as quickly as they could. The toilet overflowed and our dirty washing was thrown out but we were upgraded to a better room and given breakfasts in compensation. Hotel is very central to the town and handy in that respect and provides all the usual services. Rooms are not large which in the climate make washing and drying clothes very difficult. On the whole we enjoyed our stay immensely and the hotel was of a good standard compared with others in the town
