I don’t think I could’ve enjoyed our stay any better. From the moment we arrived to when we left, the staff were so friendly, so helpful and so courteous. The food was consistently excellent, and our rooms were kept spotlessly clean.

We absolutely loved the place. The only drawbacks, if one considers them as so, was the darkness of the rooms even with all the lights on. The other drawback was the Wi-Fi. It wasn’t great service. Other than these two things, the place is fantastic.

Fabulous location
We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so nice and helpful, the pool was beautiful, with some sun beds overlooking the beach. There were balls in the pool for people to use and paddle boards and kayaks on the beach to use. I had a wonderful facial. It is also brilliantly located for the Fisherman’s village. A short easy walk along the road or a shorter slightly less easy walk along the sand. The advantage of being a little way down the beach is tranquility.

Lovely hotel in idyllic setting. Staff were superb and the spa massages were first class, though very expensive, but far too superior to cheaper on street ones. We loved it here can’t fault it really.

An ocean of tranquility in a popular resort
We stayed five nights here in April 2023 and were delighted to be offered a free upgrade to a garden villa which was massive and very close to the pool/beach. The grounds are lovely as is the large pool and although the road outside is very busy, once inside the grounds of the property you’re in a totally different world. Our only slight gripe is in regard to catering. The breakfast choice is more limited than in many other Thai hotels whilst the evening menu though very competitively priced could have offered tastier Thai food - a shame as the view over the sea is stunning. However there’s a plethora of other local restaurants nearby or at the Fishermen Village (about 15 mins on foot) and there’s a handy 7/11 just down the road. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Booked as a 6 day end of island hopping treat. The place is absolutely amazing. Lovely layout, beautiful gardens and right on a private beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Chilled 15 min stroll along the beach to the lively fisherman's village. There are also some shops and bars in the immediate area. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

All the staff is very friendly except a bad experience at the day bed provided by the hotel at the beach. We went to use the day bed by the beach. After we settle down and put our things, a hotel staff, Mal, came over with a European guest. He said the day bed was reserved for that lady as she came in the morning. But when we came, the day bed was neat and clean and obviously no one had occupied it. We told Mal that we understand that the hotel has no policy of reservation and usage of daybed is based on first come first serve. But he was relentless. We didn’t want to argue or create a big scene that will spoil our holiday. So we decide to give up the day bed and change to another one which the lady could have jolly well did the same. I have feedback to the front office staff, Nick when we check out that we felt this is a racial bully! And it makes us felt that Asian are not welcome and treated unfairly in this hotel. As confirmed by Nick, there is no reservation policy for daybed. I hope the management can look into this as this is really an unfair treatment to any Asian guest.

This was our second stay at Bo Phut and it was as lovely as the first. The quality of the food and service was very good with a relaxed atmosphere round the pool. There are plenty of alternative dining options within a 5-10minute walk of the hotel. It was great to see that things were getting back to normal post pandemic. The gifts we received on leaving were a lovely surprise. In all this is a great place if you want to relax but still have the all the buzz that Fisherman’s Village offers within walking distance.

We couldn’t have been happier with our week at this beautiful resort, a genuine Thai experience perfectly situated on a gorgeous beach. Though a short walk to fabulous restaurants, shops and the markets at Fisherman’s Village and plenty to do/see in close proximity, the resort was wonderfully relaxing and quiet. Our Garden Villa was beautifully appointed, the staff was friendly and helpful in arranging anything we needed and provided exceptional service. Our breakfasts and lunches were fresh and fantastic overlooking the Gulf. If I could award 5 stars I’d happily do so. Thank you for an amazing week! We can’t wait to return soon!

Thai Hospitality, Absolutely beautiful hotel and immaculate and impeccable. Staff goes above and beyond. The attention to detail, beautiful beach and pool. Flowers everywhere, the scents in the room. The welcome drink and cold towels that smell of Jasmine. The spa where I had an avocado hair treatment. We have been going to Thailand for many years and most hotels have lost the Thai feeling. Not this one! Thank you to Nita, Jom and the man in the white hat. We will be back!

The Hotel was excellent, and one of the nicest and friendliest I have stayed in. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained but the nicest part of the hotel is the warm friendly welcome you receive. Everybody stops what they are doing and says hello. Nick, Front of House Manager was particularly welcoming. Somehow this hotel has managed to get everything right, making a great stay.

Fabulous hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks, the staff were lovely and could not do enough to help, particularly the staff at the pool/restaurant - they were brilliant! We could have stayed longer! Beautiful grounds and a nice pool right by the beach and easy enough walking distance to fisherman village. We would definitely stay again (especially if the restaurant can change the music every now and again as that did get a bit monotonous after a few days! Breakfast selection was also really good.

It’s a smaller scale resort which has been developed very consciously. All houses are surrounded by green and close to the sea and the pool. The staff is very friendly, skilled and helpful you feel very welcome! The spa is a recommendation as well, very professional and skilled staff. You can safe a few bucks by going outside but the extra spend is worth it!! The location is very nice as a few minutes walk over the beach brings you to Bo Phut Fisherman’s village which has some great restaurants nad the best beach club at the island: Coco Tams! We will definitly recommend this to friends and family!!

What a beautiful resort! The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. The restaurant and pool area are clean in a beautiful garden overlooking the beach. The staff are so polite and truly customer service is their top priority!

This hotel is truly spectacular and the rooms are very comfortable. They even offer to pack for you in case you might need it. Ask for breakfast in room service, it's well worth it and Matty takes care to set up everything perfectly. Also make sure to go to fisherman's village at night, it's very nice and you might find beautiful things.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was totally faultless. Tranquil, right on the beach, friendly attentive staff, nice gestures of cold towels and melon being given out around the pool- fab touch! Close to bars and restaurants- 5 min walk. Rooms were beautifully designed and kept to a very high standard. Would definitely stay here again and hope to one day!

Romantic Honeymoon Getaway
Absolute hands down 10/10 experience. The resort was beautiful, clean, and had a fantastic location. We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and we loved every second. Direct access to the beach, our own jacuzzi tub and great breakfast. The location of this resort was amazing since you could walk right down the beach to the Fisherman's village. Lots of great local restaurants and awesome nightlife. Make sure you go when they have the night market because it's one of the best around. I highly recommend this resort to anyone!

Staff were generally great, all areas very clean with lots of maintenance being done. Would have been a better experience had there been more outdoor relaxation areas other than the standard sun bed. Gym/ yoga classes didn’t tend to happen as advertised. Breakfast is nice. Attention to rooms is good with the nightly mosquito prevention routine. Guest services staff very helpful.

First class resort. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The landscaping and ponds are beautiful. The breakfast buffet is first class. The fresh fruit selection was great along with western, Asian and other breakfast options. There is plenty of seating poolside and beachside and the staff are around to provide you with a cold drink or anything else you need while you enjoy the pool and/or beach. We highly recommend this resort and would happily return.
