"The staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful during our stay. We had one of the upgraded rooms, and it was super cute! It was also really convenient being able to rent beach towels, chairs, and other beach items right at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The pool was very clean, and I really appreciated the drinking water dispensers throughout the property. It was nice to see the hotel encouraging guests to reuse water bottles and reduce plastic waste, both for the environment and to avoid microplastics from bottled water. The location was also convenient, with several good small restaurants nearby. I’d highly recommend renting a car if you stay here, though note that overnight parking is $20, which is a bit inconvenient but understandable for upkeep. The gym was great as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend this hotel."

"It was overpriced facility compared to with neighbor hotels for what this hotel offered, I can’t believe a 5 star resort does not start room service until 5pm , also any kind of request from housekeepers took forever and occasionally forgotten. If you are looking for a luxury and memorable stat this facility is not for you for sure."

"We stayed here on our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience! The view from our lanai overlooked the ocean, and our room was clean and had AC. The resort is also just a few steps from the beach, which makes it an even better experience!The staff were really friendly, and the BBQ area was clean and easy to use since they get it heated up for you! If you’re looking for a place that’s beautiful, filled with kind people, and has special fuzzy visitors, then look no further! They currently have renovations going on and cannot wait to see how it ends up looking after they are done. Definitely will be back."

"My husband and I had the most incredible babymoon at Hotel Wailea! From the moment we checked in we were greeted with leis and champagne/alcohol free champagne for me! We stayed 5 glorious nights and every day we raved about the amenities, hospitality, location, and we never wanted to leave!! The valet service was incredible, the front desk staff were so accommodating, and everyone you passed by on property gave a welcoming “aloha!” Despite the hotel not being beachfront, the views of the ocean were surrounding the property and it was a quick drive to so many different beaches! The hotel even packed us chairs, umbrellas, towels, and water bottles for our beach day everyday! The hotel is conveniently located around many restaurants, shopping, beaches, and surrounding towns to sightsee! We’ve already started planning our trip back! Thank you Hotel Wailea for an unforgettable trip!"

"This was the most incredible stay! I cannot even express how incredibly gorgeous and breathtaking the property is; everywhere you look it is mesmerizing. The staff was top notch, the amenities were so great, and the breakfast was lovely. We looked at many resorts in Wailea and I can confidently say that after staying at the Andaz there is no competition. We even ate at the Four Seasons and were not wowed because we just loved Andaz so much! LOL The only thing we didn’t love was the Alfredo and Parmesan fries at Andaz but everything else was pretty tasty. The room was also fantastic; everything was fully stocked daily if you requested them to service your room. There is even an Ohana lounge after checkout that has showers, complimentary drinks, etc. which was incredible for us! We checked our luggage and enjoyed the property alllll day because of that additional lounge access amenity. Paddle boarding on the ocean and the outrigger was also so cool, and there were so many different options of water equipment that you could easily check out even without booking a session. I have to say this was 10/10 and we have already discussed making Andaz our yearly getaway. It is unmatched. What a perfect and romantic getaway, ugh! I am sooo sad to even leave!"

"I didn't expect the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Other hotels were the same price for 1 room with two beds. This place was nice. Service was great and they were clear about all rules and what we needed to do while there. I haven't been to Maui in 32 years and didn't know what to expect. There was dinning close by and the Maui aquarium was only about 15 minutes away. I really had a nice time and felt relaxed while there. My son enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. I sat with him enjoying my book. Maui Schooner was a nice clean and spacious place to stay. Mahalo!"
