Wonderful city Kharkiv Ukraine
Nice location close to Airport in Kharkiv Ukraine. The Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Very clean rooms. Nice Scenery with indoor and outdoor pools and the food here is wonderful. I enjoyed my stay here and would like to come visit again one day.

A really cosy ambiance that makes the hotel to deserve the four stars. Maybe not close to the city center but the price vs quality balance definitely it's in favor of choosing this hotel even for a long stay.

Excellent in the Kharkiv
The hotel and the reception employees excellent. The room was very well. Only issue was in the first floor coffee and the fifth floor restaurant the English language barrier . Other than that the nice and pleasant Hotel to stay and if I travel I will stay again.

Odľahlý hotel Mercury
Hotel je situovaný v odľahlej mestskej štvrti, ktorú miestni považujú za zaostalú v porovnaní s centrom mesta a priľahlými perifériami. Má vonkajšie strážené parkovisko, takže v zimnom období je potrebné rátať s časovou rezervou na očistenie vozidla od napadnutého snehu. Býval som v izbe č. 314, ktorá je na okraji budovy, takže je veľmi studená a musel som žiadať personál o dodatočné vyhrievacie teleso, ktoré bolo účinné až po dvoch dňoch, dovtedy som doslova mrzol ... Inak interiér je čistý, so stálou upratovacou službou, vybavenie trocha pokrivkáva za statusom štyroch hviezdičiek ...

15/ 11 / 2016 tarihinde 4 gün konakladım. hotel çok güzel ,Temizve sıcak. daha önceki yorumlarda, okudum soğuk hotel, buna istinaden kalın pijamalar götürdüm. ama gördüm Hotel çok sıcak ,dışarıda ısı eksi 6 derece.olmasına rağmen. Sanırım Hotel yeni yapılmış. çünkü fayanslardaki derz aralıkları henüz kirlenmemiş. sadece sabun, hergün koymak unutuyorlar, dışarıdan sabun almak gerekebilir. Sabah kahvaltısı doyurucu, Hotel Tavsiye ederim.
