"I was charged a $28 daily fee that was not disclosed on Expedia until it was too late and ai was checking in. When I looked into getting the money back, I was unable to and Expedia was no help. Very disappointing and frustrating. The rooms were fine but there is no microwave, just a micro fridge that wasn’t even plugged in. The bathroom had a sliding door that we could hardly close and isn’t ideal unless you’re solely staying with family you’re very comfortable with. For the price and fees I’d recommend staying somewhere else in Anchorage "
"We went over and they told us we didn't have a reservation and here I am still charged for a room I didn’t get to stay in. The woman didn’t even take my ID to clarify. "
"We enjoyed our stay from the day we checked in til the day we checked out. The staff were amazing and helpful whenever we needed help. The only issue we had was the WiFi connection. It would go off here and there, but besides that everything was great!! We would definitely come back!!! "
