"Standard continental breakfast. Shuttle service was excellent. Bathroom clean, water pressure was good and a very good shower. Bed was comfortable sleep like a rock. Good value for the price."
"First there was over an hour delay getting picked up at airport. Breakdown? Ran out of gas? One van services at least two properties?
the property shows no pride of ownership. The walls had severe scrapes that needed repairs and repainted. When we arrived the pillow had a case that had a huge blood stain on it. The sheet also. They did come and change it when I asked but those should not be in circulation. The outside of the property had evidence of homeless all around. The second night we stayed there was a large group of people talking loudly in the hallway after 11pm. It may have been a group of many more than were registered for a room. All in all not a great experience and we would not recommend."
"Staff very helpful, especially the young driver taking us back to the airport. We needed to connect to the bus for the Princess Cruise Line for transport to the Captain Cook Hotel. He checked with another bus driver to inquire if that was our bus. He went far and above his designated job. Greatly appreciated! "
"MK was rude ,as soon as we walked in. I approached the desk to see if check in was available, before I could get a hello out of my mouth, she said We don't have check in until 3pm. Not Hi, ( this was at 140pm). So we went and sat in your lounge. We happened to go out of the lounge and to our surprise at 230 they were checking people in. The young man that checked us in was wonderful"
