Cheap and clean university dorm accomodation. Single bed, small room, no TV. Very new and very clean. Convenient for the Kelowna airport, which is almost in walking distance. Would probably be nosy during the school year. I stayed there in summer, the night before a flight. $77 stay for a single room with clean private bathroom. Beds are high off the ground and the AC vents are at your head when you sleep. Otherwise, no complaints.

Great place to stay if you have a car. I felt safe walking around the campus because you can see a security car at the entrance all the time.
