The staff was great, however the room was very dated and not the cleanest. The bed was clean but overall just not good for the price we paid. Our room overlooked a messy and pretty gross rooftop. The walls were dark and everything just looked kinda sad. Also the shower head is super low so you have to bend your head back weirdly to wash your hair. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The location and availability are the reasons I stayed here. Other than that I was not pleased with my stay. At check in the clerk wasn’t very pleasant with my choice of payment; all other staff were pleasant to deal with. I stayed for 2 nights. The TV didn’t work so I was left to use my phone for entertainment purposes; then discovered the WiFi wasn’t functioning either. I’d connect to the WiFi and it would just tell me there was no internet, making the WiFi useless, so I had to use my international data. The bathroom didn’t have an outlet, and I discovered the outlet at the light switch outside the bathroom didn’t work, so I was unable to use the bathroom mirror with my hairdryer. Speaking of hairdryer, luckily I brought my own, the provided hairdryer was in a clothe bag on the bottom shelf next to the toilet. There was dried something, feces or vomit, on the hairdryer bag so I did not use theirs. The ceiling above the shower was cracking and the plaster was beginning to fall down. The hallways smelled musty. The best thing about my stay was the location. It was just on the other side of the street from the mall so there was shopping and lots of food options within walking distance. I’ll never stay at another Sandman facility.

it was a nightmare when you cant shower in the morning due to a broken piece in the pipes we could of walked a distance to shower in a vaccant room but we were short on time and the best we were compensated was two ten dollar gift certificates for dennys which to date we have not used
