"We had a pleasant stay at this property for our vacation in Melbourne. The property (3br apartment) was clean and fairly spacious and the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The only complaint that we had was there was no one there when we checked out around 5am in the morning. The hotel posted a note on the reception door to call a local telephone number if checking out. We did that but it costed me international calling rates as we were from other parts of Asia. "Staff were excellent. Everything was perfect. Rooms need more clean attention. Finger marks on windows, bathroom floors, dust over phone shows hasn’t been cleaned in long time. "
