"We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. "I have just stayed here for three nights with my colleagues to attend a conference. The rooms are clean and basic but that friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist you in any way they can was fantastic. When we ate in their restaurant the food was delicious and excellent value for money. This is a lovely hotel."

"I was very impressed with this hotel! So that we extended one more night. Good customer service, helpful, friendly, professional. Room was fine with view. The hotel is huge and pool was nice.
