"We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. "Ok, this is hard to write because it is a beautiful property! Character in abundance ! Well trained staff ! Great welcome and my room was excellent perceived value for money ! Food for lunch and dinner was served fresh and at the correct temperature! Now the negatives !
