"The rooms with pool are very beautiful, a good size and there are very nice decor touches here and there. Staff was friendly and very helpful with requests. This hotel has great potential but needs to be better managed. Overall the hotel seems to be a bit run down. Cleaning needs to be taken seriously, rooms included. "This property surpassed my expectations, especially for the price. There was so much for us to do, especially for the kids (who begged to stay longer). Little surprises like the bubble pool and free airport transfers, and cutely decorated kids rooms were icing on the cake. The food at both restaurants was delicious too."
