My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. They made me welcomed. The room and facilities were 5 star , the restaurant food was very good.
All staff were excellent. The chef came out and made sure food was good.
I recommend this hotel.
although the hotel is older and smaller, it is very well kept and up to date. the rooms are small, but have all the necessities you need. They have plasma TV's, new bathrooms and comfortable beds. Although the hotel is not located in a tourist area, to me it was in a good location. Every night there are local markets and vendors all nearby, and the area is very safe to walk around. The staff all speak English and are most helpful. Inside, the place is spotless, as there are always guys cleaning here and there.
i would recommend the hotel, especially for the money you have to pay.

I stayed here three times and had a great experience. As a woman travelling alone I felt very safe both in the hotel and the area around it. The staff are very accommodating, its a convenient location for shopping and the metro. and the restaurant is very good for dinner.
We spent a very pleasant three nights at the Florence Inn. The hotel is in the heart of the busy Karol Bagh area and easy walking distance to the Metro, but it is very quiet- no problems with noise in the room or lobby. It's an older building with some dark-wood character but one that is in first-rate condition and spotlessly clean. There is no sign of the shoddy construction or maintenance one often sees in even new buildings in India. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and efficient. The front desk staff were particularly professional and impressive. The restaurant is small but has a good selection of Indian, Western, and Chinese dishes. The included breakfast buffet was adequate, not special. The powdered instant coffee was typical of India, but a hotel catering largely to Western tourists might want to think about offering brewed.
All in all, we were very pleased with the Florence Inn and highly recommend it.
Easy transfer from airport 30 minutes, even with bad traffic. The plumbing does tend to rattle and be noisy which can be a problem during the night. Breakfast not v.g. Have had lot better breakfasts, very basic. Couple of good restaurants, cafe opposite does far better breakfast.
First impression is everything, came to this hotel early in the morning, check in time is supposes to be 12 but the lobby manager said he didnt want me to wait too long because i might be tired so my room was ready at 8am. Even a well known 5 diamonds chain hotel sometimes dont have our room ready on time and push us a lot on check out time. I will definitely cone back to jaypee and recommend this hotel to anybody that want to go to delhi.
Karol Bagh is situated 2 km from the New Delhi railway station. Previously a residential area, it is at present a commercial hot spot with one of the oldest shopping areas in this lively metropolis. A stroll through Karol Bagh market can turn out to be a cherished experience for visitors. This area bustles with activity later into the evenings than most city-centre neighbourhoods. Restaurants, designer stores, jewellery shops, and modern shopping malls are available within a 0.5-km radius.
