Reserved for a young adult in town visiting. Check in was easy, staff was friendly & efficient. It’s a little rough, but it was fine for younger adults. They enjoyed the pool, clean & temp was great. For people not familiar with the area, based on appearance you may not think it’s a safe area, but it is. Special thanks to the front desk lady! She was wonderful!

There was a bug in the shower. Some sort of white residue fell on the floor inside of the room when I first entered. Only one bar of soap & shampoo. I would have liked a soap for sink & shower. TV color was off. No TV channel info in room. No general info about the motel at all in the room.I give Super 8 in Lee's Summit, MO zero stars.

Cleanliness of the property was very poor. The manager gave me a $25 coupon towards next stay. But I don’t think I would be staying there again. The morning crew was nice and friendly. But the lady on the night crew was rude and unprofessional. She cussed at me and made the conversation very awkward.

Stay at this property. It's convenient it's easily accessible. There's a Aldi's grocery store right by it. Also a Perkins restaurant at the parking lot. The state patrol is headquarters just diagonally cross the intersection. But remember State patrol only backs up local police they do not respond directly first normally. There is a quick trip gas station with a cafe to go. It's right on the other side of highway 50. It is dark around the general area. Mainly there's a warehouse district farther south down the street. There is a home depot. And then there's not a whole lot down that out of service road as I call it. Until you get to the car lots. But the point of it is that it's quiet but that means it's somewhat secluded as well. I've stayed here many times. Somebody from the staff always recognizes me. People do smoke outside the front door occasionally. But they seem to be polite about it. My room and each room that we've used in the past has been cleaned and no smell of cigarette smoke. It is of course a smoke-free faculty. You always run a chance of somebody breaking the rules. I am not a smoker. I read some of the reviews and I agree with the ones that rated this hotel highly. Now with the Expedia discount three of us stayed for $75 or so a night. All in taxes and what have you. On this stay the man asked me for the $100 deposit. They have never asked me for any kind of deposit before. But I don't think he recognized me and I did not press it. Every few minutes we stay.

I feel sick to my stomach right now because even rehearsing it effects me. I have never been treated like that before by a "staff member". He treated me horribly and I'm tempted to take this to court. Ok so first off all I did was pull into the parking lot and he yells at me that check in isn't until 3! I mean what the!? I have never been approached like that. Second he saw my dog then and didn't say anything. So I left and came back at 3. He was outside talking to so guys and saw me getting my dog and all my bags out of the car. I hadn't slept in 48 hours. Was driving. Ok so then I get ready to go and I had a difficult time getting my dog through the door due to fear of doors. Guy is just watching! On top of all of this the dog is my emotional support dog! He is lucky I don't take him to court. Ok you don't accept dogs. I get it but why was he so rude to me. I almost called the cops on him for being so aggressive about not allowing dogs. He responded with "No I call cops on you! Leave now!" I'm not joking. I'm not from that city but I will definitely not recommend this place. Not with staff like that☹️😡

I've stayed at this hotel in the past a number of times. I like the fact I can look out the window at my vehicle. I always get the first floor. The person that was working the lobby desk when I checked in and I guess throughout the evening well she's very personable. And she knows a job she's been doing it for a long time. She recently changed a few personal features like her hair colors and I didn't recognize her at first. So what I'm saying is that every time she is here it goes smooth as silk. Forgive me for not throwing her name out there I'm drawing a blank right now. Now there are some others I've talked with and they're good too here at the hotel. Look at the price compare it with the prices of others. You get more for your money here because it's maybe half the price of some of the other places roughly speaking. It's clean. It's got a little swimming pool inside it's good for splashing around. The oldies is right there the home depot's right there the restaurants is right out in front. I'll stay here again.

A budget review.
Service checking in/out was fine. Cleaning people were friendly. Rooms were somewhat clean, bathrooms and beds were clean but floors were suspect as you could see hair and other dirt or debris in corners. Chair was stained and looked filthy. Would not sit on it. A/C unit was abnormally noisy. Too much rattling noise. I know, you get what you pay for. I don’t think it’s too much to ask of any budget motel to maintain rooms and ensure furniture and rooms are very clean.

The manager was a really rude. The room had no soap towels. No wifi after it was advertised free wifi. Had bed bugs The pool was nasty not safe to swim the.workers were dirty and not knowledgeable on the motel. It was horrible . I advised never go here needs to be taken off Expedia it gives you a bad reputation I don't know if I will use it again if it sends you to a motel with nothing to shower extremely dirty with bed bugs. The bed spread had alot of stains on it not safe to sit

Not bad not great.
The bed was one of the best and the room was freezing which I love . I had booked a king and got a double queen so that was a bummer. The towels and tub were gross. The room was next to the pool and smelled like a pool. Would I stay there again ya if I need a quick room but not in my first 10 picks.

This motel has a convenient location for us to visit relatives. The first room was not acceptable to us: it appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned, there was no stopper for the tub and the shower was lacking a faucet. We were quickly switched to another room which was much better. We will likely stay there again. Not a great motel, but good for the price.

Horrible and disgusting
Filthy hotel inside and out! The front seat upon check in was so rude and not helpful. They had added fees that was not disclosed the app. The hotel was filthy , the room , the towels , everything.
