Fantastic place to stay overnight when in JB as the hotel is just 1 street away from Komta JBCC. Staff are helpful and friendly. Even the housekeeper greeted me when they saw me. A lot of eating places around. Highly recommend!
My favourite hotel in JB loved the hotel buffet breakfast and cosy king sized bed. Only downside was staff only allowed us to check out at 1.30pm even though I'd booked the room with late check out option hence no time for swimming in the pool.

It is located very near the checkpoint. 5stars for location and staff's service. However, the heater in the shower does not work at certain hours. Room is spotless.

Within walking distance from CIQ. However, i was directed wrongly when i was so near to getting to it, and had to walk the long about way to get to the lobby entrance. In fact it could be reached via the zenith lifestyle building directly opposite JBCC Komtar building.
Loved the facilities and property conditon. Check in was a breeze and Yahzid made it a pleasant experience.
Had a quiet swim, a quick workout at the gym the next morning which was adequately equipped. The hotel was also next door to 2 plasant cafes one of which is Principle Cafe by T.A.M. Opposite the hotel is a food court area which featured lots of local food.
Room wise was spacious, and was given a room on 16th floor. Ok city view as it looked directly opposite the condo next door but also a partial city view where the might view was pleasant. Only quibble it was hard to control the temperature of the shower...it kept giving me very hot water despite adjustments.
Didn't get to try the spa or head to the library. The hotel even has a play area room for the children. Didn't get to try the F&B.

We absolutely adored our stay in this room! Its convenient access to the pool was a delightful bonus. The spaciousness of the room provided ample comfort, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally cozy. Highly recommended for a fantastic experience!

Room condition is average. Reason
1. Aircon is not cold
2. Mini is not working even after replacement is still warm
3. Pillow is so hard and uncomfortable. Two head pillows are okay due no choice. But mattress is very good
4. Room service very slow but staff are polite
5. Mini fridge bar is empty
6. Parking is chargeable $10 RM per day. But rigjt it shud be covered by the hotel bcos we pay for the accommodation through out

The stay was good. But the bedsheet got some stain and the pillow a bit smelly. Staff did not replace the hand and face towels even we put in on the floor. Instead the staff just put the dirty towels on my luggage. But overall it was still a good stay beside the minor thing. Hotel is near to shopping malls. Very convenient. Within walking distance. All the staff are very friendly and polite. I will still recommend this hotel to those who is keen to stay near shopping mall. The breakfast spread is good.

Its very convenient. Shopping area just across the street. Room is very spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly.
Parking wise, there is adequate parking lots. You will need to get a parking ticket from the gantry for the concierge to validate, after which you have to head down to level 2 of the parking use the carpark auto-pay machine to validate again. They do not accept Touch n' Go card for free parking validation.

Pros: Spacious room, clean comfortable beds, well equipped with bathrobes, slippers, clean towels. Great buffet breakfast selection.
Cons: Glasses in bathroom were unwashed with coffee marks, makeup mirror light not working. Small pool with limited seating.

My family loved this hotel ever since pre covid time and still enjoy staying there!! Cleanliness and service maintained! The breakfast has good spread and it was nice to have live music over breakfast. Good job Amari!!

Not so pleasant stay this time
I decided to return to Amari for another stay. Everything was great this time except for the water pressure of wash basin tap. The water flow was so slow and too hot to even wash my hands. Not sure if the hotel has intentionally reduced the water flow so as to conserve water.

good location, comfortable and room was spacious. the only con is the pillow too soft, stacking both together bacame too high,,, so a few of us suffered stiff neck/back after just one night of sleep.
