"Overall we were only there for one night and one day of fantastic pampering. It was very nice. The spa therapist gave me the best massage I have ever had - and I have had a few. The road to the lodge could be better but this is not in the control of the spa owners. A mix up with the booking resulted in us missing our evening meal. Carmen did however provide and impromptu meal which was lovely."

"This boutique hotel is special. Proximity to Rosebank premier amenities while being tucked away in a block close to the highway. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was top tier. Room service, food and other add ins were not only affordable, but fresh, well presented and wide ranging. Really a perfect alternative to a stay at a cookie cutter hotel model. Please change very little about this place!!"

The past 2 days of our stay the water in our room was cold and we reported that to the manager during checkout, she apologies and requested us to report any problems as soon as we encounter the problem.
