"I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. "Decent hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but the staff is friendly and for the price point, the hotel works for a short stay in Jasper. We just needed to stay one night before going back to Banff. It’s A few mins away from the Main Street, so keep that in mind in case you want to explore the city on foot. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. "
