"It was amazing experience. Owiner of house boat was very nice. They left no stone unturned to make our stay wonderful. From stay to ride of Shakhara was a experience of life time. Must visit place."

"Great view. excellent service. Very courteous staff. However this is an older property under renovation. I did not know about renovations until at the property. Many features did not work. No swimming pool (outdoor) despite being advertised on Expedia and all sites. Room safe did not work and was not bolted Room heating did not work since there was leakage from balcony door There was no lobby to walk, mingle since everything was under construction "

"Royal Dandoo Palace of Houseboat is not a group of houseboats / properties. The owner is operating as a front desk for the deluxe houseboats at Dal lake as earmarked by the houseboat owners' association. So when u book via expedia with Dandoo he only acts as a mediator and gets u a boathouse accommodation on behalf of boat owner. "Staff were faultless, WiFi in hotel does not work, given dongle which was just OK. TV had no English movie or sports channels, breakfast was fine. Overall nowhere near 4 star standard and definitely would not stay here again. Better amenities in house boats for alot less money."
