I could show them that the hotel was confirmed on my mail but the front desk did not care. Never met any more rude staff at Indian hotel. I got the worst room even though I had paid for another. Do not recommend this hotel at all. "

"Great service and good rooms with wifi. Included breakfast was substantial eggs, toast, coffee, fruit, cereals. The manager spoke excellent English and looked after us. We felt welcome, safe and nothing was an issue."
