First off the staff at this hotel were excellent. They were able to help me out a lot as I was checked in pre & post surgery. The rooms are nice. The only issue is sound insulation you can hear everything from outside whether it be people talking in the street, motor bikes, cars, dance music from nearby clubs. You will need a set of ear plugs to get any kind of sleep. The location is walkable to osmenbey metro 5m and into nisantasi luxury shopping area about 10m.

Stayed about 5 days at the Jazz hotel. Check in was super easy and the staff was very accommodating. Being someone who didn’t know the area or spoke Turkish the front desk was able to help me out with all the question I had. The room was exactly what I expected from the images. It was clean and quite. The location was great, step out the front door and you’re in walking distance of good places to eat and shopping. Streets were clean and not sketchy. Also the front desk was able to accommodate a ride to the airport at a fair price.

Guys this was an awful experience at this property, the “ woman” staff is extremely rude, the area starting from entrance door of the hotel and all around the hotel is a whole mess, constructions and much more, it was terrible! had to leave somewhere else for the rest of the stay!

Great little hotel in good area
I had a great stay, the staff was amazing specially , breakfast is good and all team members were very friendly and spoke some English, specifically Burhan at the reception he was very helpful , nice and spoke good english. I do recommend this hotel, great location.

Dear Guest, First of all, we would like to state that you are right, our hotel is not in the category of star hotels, but we advertise it as a boutique hotel in all online channels. Our hotel is also referred to as a boutique hotel on this site where you make your reservation. Shortly after check-in, you said that you did not want to stay at the hotel due to the air conditioning problem you experienced. Although your reservation is a "non-refundable reservation", we helped you by refunding your money. It is not possible to understand the point you have given as someone who has not stayed in our hotel, has not seen any of its features, and has received a refund of the fee. Lovely boutique hotel wih character
We have been staying at this small boutique hotel for several years and have never been disappointed. If you prefer small charming hotels with character rather than one of the larger chain hotels, then the Jazz Hotel in Istanbul is a great choice. CLEAN AND SPACIOUS ROOM
The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities and 2 mins walk to Osmanbey metro station. Hotel staff are super friendly, speaks good English and always there to help you. We stayed for 3 weeks and our main concern was the cleanliness and to be honest this hotel is clean. We would definitely stay Jazz hotel again. Thank you all Jazz hotel staff who made our stay a pleasant one especially Emrah and Burhan.

The hotel was comfortable , very clean and the staff helpful While the immediate surroundings (like much of the city )are being upgraded -pavements being restored , buildings being renovated ) aren't that attractive it is very well located for exploring Istanbul with the Osmanbey metro station (which connects with most of the city) just a few minutes walk away. It's also close to the chic chi parts of Nisantasi

Great location! Close to the metro, with a lot of great restaurants and shopping around every corner. Wifi was nice and the staff was super helpful. Breakfast was nice as well. Only complaint is that we were given a smoking room. Not sure if all the rooms are smoking, but I'm not a fan of the smell it leaves behind. However, not a big enough concern for me,; we will stay here again

Therefore we regularly check the rooms and wash even the curtains, if there is still smell in the room. (even if it is a smoking room) But these days we are almost fully booked and most probably we had no time to do extra cleaning except ventilating the room. We apologise for the inconvenience. One of our best trip were this trip. Best location in heart of istanbul . Full of oxygen . The best decoration . And good price . But I told to reservation about the guard for window . My room was 5 1 . The windows need for guards. How ever it was very great for trip. I have travel agency in Tehran and offer to our passenger for jazz. Thks for all.

Nice location close to shops, a little hard to find though. Lobby is too small, but nice staff. breakfast is very good, the breakfast area is clean and nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. there is 2 rooms only in each floor. It is rated for 4 stars. i would say 3.5 stars due to the small size of the hotel. will give ( Very good) rating.
