Very attentive staff. Great food, both international and also local dishes. Huge indoor swimming pool and gym. Stylish decoration. Everything and everyone is kid friendly inscluding the restaurants and the pool. Well located, between Beyoğlu and Nişantaşı. There is no outdoor space but it is much better priced than the other high-end hotels of İstanbul.
