This is as lovely boutique hotel with nice rooms and staff. Location is excellent with easy access both walking and the tram. I highly recommend!

Great stay
It was perfect for my one day stay. It’s well located, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I do recommend to arrange transportation with time as it’s an area with a lot of traffic.

The hotel was sparkling clean and comfortable. The room was small but good enough for one person. Views from the breakfast restaurant were amazing. The only downside was that breakfast was basic for 15 euros, and the tissue box provided was tiny. Overall it was a good hotel close to Galata tower and waterfront.

Overall it was a good stay, pakezza was very friendly and welcoming, the rest of the staff were also nice, the room was bit small but I expected this. Would recommend if your only using your hotel to just sleep at night which we did and we were out all day, the transport links are very good to get around Istanbul from outside the hotel door step, thanks for a good stay

Amazing staff in a more intimate hotel. Everyone knew my name after day one and had great conversation. Roof top bar is a hidden gem was kinda quite when I was there. No idea why.

Great Location, Great hotel
Great hotel, very close to tourist attractions. just few meters from Tunel and Galata bridge. The rooms are very clean. The staff was amazing! they helped us many times during our stay especially Funda. We will defiantly come back.

Very good boutique hotel. A few mishaps (i.e. electricity breakers) but they were quick to resolve. Best of it it is its location, walking distance to the tram and far enough from nearby mosques to not be awaken at 4am. Staff is very nice but I will encourage them to polish their English. Will definitely stay again!

Although finding a nice hotel in a convenient location that has all of the essential amenities is important, the most important element that always stands out is the hotel staff. The hotel is warm and inviting, and so is the staff. As soon as I arrived I was given immediate attention and the hotel staff treated me like I was their most important concern with everything that I needed. When I arrived at Azzap Hotel before the designated check in time, I was assisted with all of my luggage, which was kept in a secure area and delivered to my room. The young woman at the reception desk was very attentive with every detail, and offered assistance with everything that I needed. Since she was aware that I had never visited Istanbul previously, she even suggested nearby restaurants and points of interest that I was interested to know about. The following morning, due to an online booking error that I made, the hotel manager on duty assisted me in finding alternate arrangements. I would certainly give Azzap Hotel and the staff the highest recommendation for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Outstanding service quality
Honestly, it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while around the world. The staff was super friendly and professional. The room was small however very comfortable. The design and interior had a great aura to the place. Definitely will stay in the same hotel, next time I am in Istanbul.

We were staying at the hotel in a french room it’s very clean and house keeping service was EXCELLENT all staff are very helpfully and friendly. El hotel muy bien situado. Edificio limpio y bien mantenido. Desayuno variado en última planta con bonitas vistas. Me alojé en habitación individual que a pesar de estar muy limpia y nueva, es tastante pequeña y da a una pared.

Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Das Hotel liegt zentral (ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Istiklal-Straße) und ist sehr modern eingerichtet, zudem sehr sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein aber total ausreichend, zumal man in so einer Stadt eh selten seine Zeit im Hotel verbringt. Sehr empfehlenswert:)

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Azzap und es war einfach hervorragend! Die Lage ist unschlagbar, man erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten den Galata-Turm, die S-Bahn, Restaurants, Bars und vieles mehr. Das Hotel besticht mit sauberen und schönen Zimmern, auf modernstem Standard. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Gesamtbewertung somit eine 10 von 10 für das Azzap Hotel Galata! Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!
