Far from attractions (30 minutes by car about), over-expensive, lazy cleaning, cocktail is about 25$ (650 tl), during checkout they give you not yours bills.

I dont recomed this hotel to others,
the room prices are over rated, although we had been upgraded to a corner room, but on check in the bed cover, and sheets were dirty, the towels were verybold, the Aircodetioner was not cooling. Location is OK, The reception team were nice but over all the room rate is expensive for such level,

Not all hotel staff speak E. The roof family’s room NOT of the stander of 5 stars hotel , Aircond.is poor and curtains of poor quality.House keepers never mob the floor during my stay more than 2 weeks! The family room in the basement NOT of the standard of 5 stars hotels Upon checking out the manager at the reception asked for extra 350 EUR , saying that prices getting higher although I paid for my stay a nonrefundable in advance! Finally he accepted to settle it with 200EUR Breakfast was average

I was there for more than week in room #1508 I had the worst experience in my life, not knowing the room I stayed for a week had bedbugs . I have red spots all over my legs, it has been over a week since I left the hotel my legs still be inchy and uncomfortable I hope they take care of that problem before having guests in that room.

So Dissapoinded, they didn't refund for both rooms, even I didn't stay 1 night, photos was not the same like real life even the hotel .....

This was my 3rd time going to this hotel. This last time they canceled our booking an hour before we arrived(as they claimed). We didn’t even arrive late in the evening. It wad only 7:30 pm. I would not trust any booking at that hotel.

It's my 4th time in this hotel in the past 2 years but this time was horrible. My room was dirty and it needed deep cleaning but apparently they are understaffed and i had to ask them 3 times to clean it properly. Towels were smelly, coffee corner was full of stains. The location of this hotel is great and the service used to be great, it's sad to reach this level.

This place needs major electrical & plumbing maintenance. They also need to properly educate their staff about customer service in a five star hotel. Never going back there again

My watch qas stolen, at least lost and it qas presented after 3-4 hours that it was In a trash bin, staff member asked me why i left my watch on the table, however it was ln the table when i was in the room 😳 We gave a shirt to a laundry and it was returned with no 6 buttons, no ironing as a service, food was terrible, i ordered a la carte 2 times and was unsatisfied. Sometimes no consierge to assist, for different issues called several times to reception and was ignored and left with no answer

Their customer service is horrible, from arranging a transport to checking out. As soon as they see your American passport, they will try to scam you. The night before our flight, they gave us a COVID positive test result and told us that we will have to pay extra as a fee to disinfecting the room. We called a 3rd party and performed the PCR test and the results came back negative. They were trying to keep us at their hotel to spend more money. When that failed, they tried to add room service charges which we never ordered. They then tried to help us with our luggage and what not. Why would they let you walk around the hotel with out a mask if you are covid positive? I confronted them with the new negative results and asked to arrange transportation to the Airport and they refused to do so because of our previous PCR result( which was faked by the hotel). They tried to offer us free drinks/soda/coffee fishing for tips lol... they are pathetic. I managed to arrange a transport through a different hotel and when the car arrived, Arts staff tried to help us with our luggage in hopes of getting a tip... If someone is truly covid positive why would you want to be near them. I do not recommend staying at this hotel again. The rooms and bathrooms were nice though I will give them that.

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed it. Rooms are spacious compared to other hotels and the staff is absolutely great. They were always helpful and friendly. Only thing I’d recommend is not getting a street facing room (at least on the lower levels) if you’re a light sleeper. It gets pretty loud and that was my biggest issue. So stick to a higher floor and you will be okay
