This is an amazing resort. Went above and beyond expectations, very clean and well kept. Amazing views, friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back

Right outside of Invermere on the other side of the road to the Copper Point Golf Club. Hotel has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the view was fantastic. We booked the two bedroom unit and everything was great and comfortable.

bad smoky odour in room......opened window to fix that.........sticky dining table......cleaned with wet dish rag.........both hot tubs by pool complex were not maintained at all......very dirty and jets not working.......everything else was very nice......verg comfortable bed.....very nice kitchen and washrooms.......beautiful view from balcony

The continental breakfast was bad, I paid 45 dollar for a small bowl of wheat cereal, two pieces of toast and a dried up croissant that didn't end up getting eaten. It was very disappointing.

Nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Options for food were terrible for a resort and also dining hours. Breakfast everything offered was cold and stale. No portion options or sit down dinning. The dining room in the evening was expensive and poor quality food for what you paid for. Unsure if I will return.

Disappointed at how noisy it was with young children running up and down the halls yelling until 10:45 pm and then started again at 6:30 am. Shower worked but tub didn’t. Waited for breakfast seating but left when nobody helped us, as did the couple us. Rather disappointed

The staff were great, but the standard room is quite small. We ate at the restaurant where the service was good and the food was decent. There was a hot water issue the weekend we stayed so one of the mornings of our stay the water was just warm. In terms of value for money, this place did not meet my expectations. This place is probably more suited to families and large groups because the loft suites looked spacious.

Copper point has gone downhill
The room was not cleaned or had garbages taken out for our entire stay. The hot water died for multiple days. Usually no one to be found at the front desk.

Unfortunate circumstances staying here. We've stayed at Copper Point on several occassions over the years, it used to be vert well maintained but over the years have noticed a decline in the hotel's overall cleanliness. We arrived and the pool/hot tub area was filthy, not clean, not to mention hot tub water was luke warm. Went back to the room thinking we will have a hot shower, the water was cold! Complained to the hotel and they mentioned there was an issue with their heater boiler which was affecting all the hot water in the building. It wasn't until 2 nights in, we finally got some hot water but the kids went to the pool on our final day and the water was cold again. For such a large building with so many units, the water issue is huge and should really be able to run efficiently to serve all guests especially on a long weekend. The place is dated, needs a major reno, chipped paint and base boards. Our heat was also not working when we arrived, maintenance was able to fix that the next day, but again, really bothersome along with no hot water.

Awful stay
The room was only cleaned twice in 10 days, there was muck and seeds behind the fridge, we had no hot water for a day with no offers of where to shower, the room was very noisy, the heater was very loud, there was no heater in the bathroom and towels only got changed when the room was cleaned, there was no extra bedding for the middle of the night when the heater automatically dropped to around 18 degrees (minus temperatures outside), we had to keep going to reception for coffee and sugar, we informed the reception 3 times that we had to check out a day early, nothing was done about it, no refund has been issued, very poor service
