Very quiet and room was clean. Bathroom did not have a light and the air conditioner did not work. Was promised it would be fixed and it never was. Was a very hot two night stay. Other than that, very pleasant.

For price and quality,they definitely passed my expectations. Nice welcoming, clean bed and shower, good air conditioning ( even little noisy). I just stayed for quick stopover in Houston and didn't rent a car. There is 3 mall next and.behind it. You can just walk 5 minutes for restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to big mall for quick shopping ( brands such as Ross, Skechers....)

Where do I start , so first room smelled like pet urine second room no light bulbs no light only in bathroom and thank god 3rd room was ok for my short stay because I missed my flight do to Houston traffic but stay away from this place period they need new maintenance crew property is horrible

Excellent hotel
I stay here occasionally and I have always had a good experience. Rooms are clean, parking has been good and it is quiet. I will continue to come 2x a year for dog shows.

Be careful in this hotel. Some thieves scammed me out of a $50 deposit, which they say is refundable and they never returned it to me. Later, scammers do not give an answer.

The room had old gum on the floor!! We didn’t even use the shower! Won’t go back! Had our reservation for about a week and the evening we were to check in recd a call that our king room was no longer available. Asked us to book a suite. After plainly letting them know I wasn’t paying anymore they had a queen room available. Some motorcycle event came into town and all the rooms were over $100. Will not use again!!!

This was a nicer room than I expected and it was great that it was pet friendly. But I was very disappointed with the tub. I thought I would have a tub big enough to bathe in, but this didn't even have a plug yo keep the water in. Other than that I was very pleased.

The hotel is not up to state safety codes. The smoke detector was not functioning. Live wires were exposed and if there had been a fire, my dogs and I would have died. I noticed it in the morning and when I checked out I advised the lady at the desk. He confirmed that they were of the problem but still rented the room. The light in the bathroom flickered and wouldn't turn on completely. The bathroom was unsanitary since there was not lid on the commode. The air conditioner was extremely noise and would not cool. The hair dryer was so loud the person next door complained. Two other amenities were missing: no complimentary breakfast and no iron in the room. And if that wasn't enough, the night clerk was not nice.
