Great location, room was pretty clean. However, there was a very strong smell of mildew in the room. Probably from the humidity of the region, but still a bit unpleasant.

The elevator was not working more than it was working. Pretty rough on a disabled person. The staff moved us to a lower room which helped. It was NOT like the pictures. It was filthy.

Great place area is surrounded by shops and good restaurants! The place could use a bit of a touch up in the hallways, but nonetheless I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff in the front desk was nice to let me checked in early. This is a very good location with a little kitchenette in the room but the amenities is old, carpet and room is kind of old and duty. That is why I gave 3 stars overall.

I had left my card back in New york and i had it on apple pay, i needed to pay the taxes and they wouldnt allow me to pay with apple pay (same card) they would prefer to cancel my stay than to help me. They was not understandable after a 12 hr flight i would think they would do some accommodations.

Staff are awesome! The room may need some update like our aircondition in one room is not blowing cooler air than the other room but it was good enough for our friends that sleeping on that side. The staffs on the other hand, are exceptional!! Very welcoming and they addressed our issue regarding the room asap and even asked us to check other rooms but we decided to stay where we’re at.

We loved how everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room cleanliness was about average. If you’re looking for a hotel on a budget, I would recommend.

This property is not clean. Sheets were stained, towels frayed, and dried splatter on bathroom walls and toilet. Carpet smelled like dried urine. Furniture in room was falling apart, broken drawers and legs. Limited seating in room and no chairs on balcony. Laundry “facility” is a single washer and dryer, which staff is using to wash the entire hotel’s worth of dirty towels. Staff at night was not helpful, given incorrect information. Walls are paper thin, difficult to sleep as it is only quiet between 1 am and 4 am. Spend your money elsewhere, not worth the inconvenience and filthy room.

If you’re looking for somewhat of a budget friendly hotel, then this might be the place for you. 5 minute walk to Waikiki Beach, located on the strip. The Main road is very loud with traffic, so I don’t recommend a room facing the street. The pool was cold but who needs the pool when the beach is around the corner. They supplied beach chairs and towels as part of the resort fee. Easy location for Uber and The Bus. Plenty of ABC stores around. We didn’t have a kitchen in our room (503) but we had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Parking was about $35 per day and it was about a 10 minute walk from the property to the parking lot. Not convenient at all. The hotel staff were all friendly, check in/out was easy, Honoreen was very helpful.

Parking is offsite but close around the corner for $35 a night we were able to check out beach chairs and beach towels for the beach rooms had a refrigerator safe microwave a small area where you can cook along with dishes. It was great thank you. Ice machine is on the second floor.

The staff provided phenomenal service, however Jenn at the front desk was an all-star, and she went above and beyond!!! They made us feel very welcomed on our first trip to Honolulu!!! We highly recommend this location for your trip to Waikiki Beach!!!!

First of all, this property was difficult to find. It’s smack in the middle of a shopping area and has two small glass doors with a small sign next to it with the hotels name on it. It looks just like one of the store fronts that it is in the middle of. There is nowhere to park while checking in, front desk clerks say that it is ok to park a few stores down in front of Tommy Bahamas while checking in, but it is a tow away zone - so you take your chances parking there. Parking is a 5 minute walk away, $35/day. My room smelled musty, I was offered another room, but it smelled musty too. The good things about this hotel are that it is right in the middle of many shops and restaurants that you can walk to. Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was nice and clean. There is a pool, no jacuzzi.

We arrived at the hotel at 11am and We had to wait 4 1/2 hours to check into our room and we watch other people walk up and check right into their room while we waited .. The property looked nice That’s it far as property go.. Room service was horrible they never clean our room and we had a four day stay. They never gave us clean towels, bathroom tissue. We had to go down to ask for everything. The employees was very rude and disrespectful. The air conditioner and the heater did not work. We went down to ask for them to fix it or switch his rooms. They ignored us. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone friends family or anyone I met on the street….
