“Lovely hotel”

We were delighted with this hotel, very good quality accommodation and facilities. Our only comment is that the restaurant prices were a bit high and other dining options a long way away on foot, as we did not have a car. Very easy access to the airport and free shuttle made transfers simple.

“Perfect for travellers”

We arrived a bit early, exhausted from travel. Staff were really helpful, room was clean and large and had a fridge and microwave. Prompt efficient shuttle to the aIrport. Perfect for a few days stopover. Great value for money. Can't recommend this highly enough.

“Good overnight stay at the airport”

We only booked a one night stopover as our flight arrived in Honolulu too late to get a connection to Hilo. This is a good quality, very comfortable hotel with an excellent courtesy shuttle service to & from the airport, but It is an airport hotel. It is virtually on the airport and mostly surrounded by industrial areas and the Nimitz Highway. It is at least 20 mins to Downtown & 40 mins to Waikiki by cab.

Was a simple and clean hotel, but very convenient to the airport and not that expensive.

“Good stop over hotel”

We stayed in this hotel en-route to Kona (after travelling all the way from London). As a stop gap hotel this is great. A shuttle service picks you up outside arrivals. The hotel seems to have gone under a major refurbishment (see comments from other people) and is now clean, tidy and OK. The room was a standard size, clean and considering where it is located, quite quiet. Breakfast was good. It is right next to the highway and airport -it isn't going to be silent, but as a stay over hotel, it works just fine.

Only use as an airport stopover. It will cost you $35 for a taxi to Waikiki.

“Standard Safe Bet for an Early Morning Airport Departure”

Put aside the fact that this is an anonymous-looking hotel right slap-bang up against the airport in Honolulu - and just about underneath a major road junction that may well disturb you - but if you want to stay as close as possible to the airport, with a basic in-house restaurant for dinner and/or breakfast, then this is the best choice in the area.

“Stopover”

Used the hotel for one night at the end of a two week stay in Hawai'i. Very early morning start, not much sleep as the car park immediately outside our window was noisy. Aircon had to be turned off as it too was excesively noisy ditto the extractor unit in both our bathroom and the next room.

“Rude check in staff”

The check in lady was very rude and abrupt. Not a pleasure to meet after a long flight. Very close to the airport which was useful. The free shuttle service to the airport and back was spot on. Free internet in the room was fast and easy to use. Shame about the customer service!
